Has anybody been able to use linux on an android platform?
Android IS Linux.
hmmm there must be something to your question. Are you asking about a linux terminal app? A bash shell on the phone? What is it about the phone that is missing from your linux experience?
Are you posting from your treestand?
I am!
Android is Linux.
call me a bit tablet “unsofistikated” Here is the issue.....Android does not allow me to watch quite a few videos because Android is not supported by Flash 9.0 or higher. I thought Linux was Ubuntu or is Ubuntu to Linux what XP or windows 7 is to Windows? I like the tablet but wish it could do more.
Andoird is Linux. Playstation is Linux. Kindle is Linux. Here a Linux, there a Linux, everywhere a Linux, Linux ..
I installed Firefox on my Nexus tablet and Flash works fine.
I believe I am more ‘unsofistikated’ than you....
I just have a Droid Pro (it has a qwerty keyboard). I have no problems with vid if’n I want to use it for youtube and whatnot.
I’m guessin’ I can’t answer your question, but I believe the feller above me just did.
Good huntin’ to y’all.
