In an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller, Klein said sources close to the Clintons tell him that Bill Clinton has assembled an informal legal team to discuss how the Secretary of State should deal with the issue of being blamed for not preventing the Benghazi terrorist attack last month.
White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters during a press conference Friday that responsibility for the consulate in Libya fell on the State Department, not the White House.
If blame for the security failures falls to Hillary Clinton, Klein said, it’s possible that she would even consider resigning over the issue.
“Bill is working on a number of strategies about what Hillary ought to do. He’s even gone so far as to play with various doomsday scenarios including up to the idea that Hillary would consider resigning over the issue if the Obama team tries to use her as a scapegoat,” Klein told TheDC in an interview.

Not only that, at hearings the other day Charlene Lamb said that she was watching the attack in real time on her laptop, I think from the security cameras inside. WTF? (I don’t normally say that, but this time it’s required.) She could see it going down and did nothing to stop it? There were also reports of a drone overhead filming it! FILMING IT?!? But no fighter jet sent to help these poor souls? This is just the most unbelievably wicked plan that anyone could have hatched.
It makes me think that whoever planned this despicable thing knew a) that the Ambassador and whoever else was there with him would be killed b) they would do nothing to stop it c) the consulate would be ransacked and intelligence would be taken and d) they would do nothing to stop that either. Who is really running the State Department? Hitlery and Obozo are pointing fingers at each other. At this point they both seem like incompetent idiots who have been fed info on a need-to-know basis. Is there someone else who is pulling both their strings?

My first thought when they were pushing the video was F&F 2.0. An operation to take out the 1st Amendment. I’m thinking now that they saw that as a side effect and not the reason for the operation.
Why would they get out of bed to monitor it when they set it up to happen? They probably gave orders not to be disturbed. If the reports are true that a drone was filming it, they would see the whole thing in the morning in a re-run. It would also explain Obozo’s callous journey to Las Vegas to participate in a fund-raiser the next day.
Fox’s Catherine Herridge has been reporting on this fiasco from the first. She is an ace reporter and I don’t believe that she would misquote or misunderstand.
Just as they've done to the nation, the Commies in the Democrat party have nearly destroyed the party of the left. Americans of good conscience are leaving them in a steady exodus. Soon enough, there won't be enough of a Democrat party left to win elections. Look at what they already have to do to 'win'.
In my view, the reason the numbers are getting so bad for Democrats, is because the rank and file (bless their hearts) are just now figuring out that their party's been stolen from them by hard left Marxists. That's really not what they signed on for. Zero and crew hate America. They're vile, divisive, ineffectual, inept, crooked, deceitful, and embarrassing. And so you see the numbers of the Independents growing - and most of them are voting for Republicans.
Here's what I see. The labels have been damaged. Who knows what a Republican or a Democrat is anymore? When's the last time you proudly proclaimed yourself to be a Republican? I've forgotten how long it's been since I last did that. Heck, my younger brother doesn't call himself a Democrat. He calls himself a 'progressive'. I don't know what my more moderate kin call themselves these days. 'Independent' perhaps?
wouldn’t put much if any credence to Hillary and Bill taking any negative steps against Obama and/or his enablers. Both are part of the Chicago/Soros/international cabal that decided Obama would be the POTUSA instead of Hillary this time around. The cabal believed that it was the time and possible that a person of Obama’s history could be more effective than even Hillary in giving the USA to Islam and internationalists. Hilary was told to sit down because the cabal had enough on both Clintons to make their lives miserable if not short.
I agree with your analysis 100%. Hill will take the fall for Benghazi while o claims success in defusing the Iran fiasco. Hill looks like a loser, o looks like a leader..criss/cross. The only unknown is Israel..if they strike Iran before the election, o is burnt toast.

Klein was just interviewed on FNC by Uma Pemmaraju. He has private sources “inside”, and verified that the Clintons are pretty much prepared for this attack. Bill is pissed since he’s been laying the groundwork for Hillary in ‘16. Uma asked if Hillary has “lawyered-up”; he didn’t say she has but you got that feeling.
What I want to know also, is what Chris Stevens was doing in Benghazi on THAT particular day, (sent/set up) the embassy is in Tripoli, so why did he go to Benghazi AND WITHOUT SECURITY. This smells.
I think he was SENT there for a MISSION, if you know what I mean. BACKFIRE, GADS I HATE THE CLINTONS AND OBAMA'S, you can't imagine how much they disgust me.

I agree. Curbing the 1st Amendment is a nice opportunity as a side effect but not big enough to justify an op this big or this risky. The splash back is already threatening to take them down.

I think I was right then. The pResident and the Sec. State had to have been notified that the attack was occurring. What did they do when they got the call? Hit the 'snooze button?'
