Biden was drunk..I went to many parties in my youth, and I know a loudmouth drunk when I see one.
I agree, in fact I kept wondering if Ryan was going to finally have enough and turn to the moron and say, "You know, I remember my first beer too Joe."
Other sites have detailed his four-stage behavior as that of a drunk. Looks like the Huffington Post missed the memo: the headline is The Joe Show.
Saying he was drunk takes him off the hook. My take is that the neurons in his brain aren't firing correctly. He's had surgery for two brain aneurisms. He was tightly-wound and near manic in some areas of the debate, but was able to control himself enough to respond aggressively, even though inaccurately, within the parameters of questions......and to keep himself from falling over in a heap on the floor.
This is the guy next in line to the presidency....and his mental state is the issue that should be kept in the forefront, not goofy charges he was drunk.
Don't think the libs and the corrupt media wouldn't push their doubts about Ryan's mental state if he had talked, yelled, giggled, chuckled, tittered and emitted full-blown evil laughs constantly throughout the debate.

I've never been to a cookout that didn't have beer! mr. hummingbird and I will have beer with family tomorrow at our cookout. Ice Tea also and maybe gatorade, but definitely beer!
