It TOTALLY exposed the immaturity of this Administration, and their lack of CHARACTER OR DECENCY.

A week from now the only thing people are going to remember is Biden as a laughing hyena.
In fact thats all my friends on fb, liberal or otherwise are talking about related to the debate.
Biden was sooooo disrespectful! Laughing and interrupting and acting like he didn’t ever get his fair share of the time when he got MORE than Ryan ended up getting.
Biden is despicable.
