I couldn’t help thinking “Citizen Kane” when Biden was acting like that. He seemed to think the whole thing was a lark. Juvenile was another word I’d use for Biden’s behavior.

The debate reminded me a lot of the 2000 debate between George Bush and the Algore ~ that featured Al wandering about the stage mumbling, and grunting out animal noises.
So who is the Democrat chief advisor on ways to debate? That person is not doing them any good.
Plugs probably ought to check in for a fourth bout of brain surgery after this ~ the first three certainly didn't work.
