A 21-year-old man whos charged with killing three people in Broward including a 2-month-old boy is facing new federal charges.
U.S. Attorney Wifredo Ferrer told CBS4s Peter DOench that Balizaire was one of 40 defendants charged with trying to bilk the federal government of millions of dollars through identity theft and filing false tax claims.
What were seeing is more and more gangs getting involved with such activity because it is lucrative, easy and less dangerous, said Ferrer.

Identity/medicare/tax/insurance fraud in Florida is typically a Caribbean and Central American immigrant crime - America makes it so easy we deserve to be taken - which is not to say American criminals don’t look at the loot and adopt the strategy.
Bellzaire is not a typical American black Chicago or New York name, although I suppose it could be from Louisiana.
Umm Miami is nothing to do with NYC or Chicago. Those that live in Miami are not native.
The problem is that police are not policing. I think we need more police to break the criminal wave in all urban cities. We need a stronger force to stop murders and robberies.
I say having less speeding tickets and more patrolling neighborhoods and storefronts.
