And who are you trying to kid? He will get about that again.
Gardner told CP that this year there are many African Americans across the country who are saying "wait a minute, absolutely not, redefining marriage is wrong."
I just don't believe it will make any difference when they get in the voting booth. If it would they would never vote Democratic in the first place. The Dims have been pretty open and out front with where they stand on this issue for about 22 years now. I can't believe Obummer has really surprised anyone with this.
But screwing the taxpayer is OK, and that will carry the day.

Don’t count on it; they’re in bad shape (like the rest of us). Inflation & unemployment don’t have affirmative action policies.

They voted Dem because they got the freebies; those have dried up lately. Some will vote against Obama for financial reasons, and if they’re ever cornered about it they’ll use the gay thing as their reason.
I live near the Newark Welfare Reservation in NJ, and there is no enthusiasm left there for Obama; things have only gotten worse over the past four years, as funding dries up (resulting in mass layoffs of police, fire, and teachers). They’ll never love Romney, but they’ve given up hope on Obama; the “gay marriage” issue signaled to many blacks that he was a white liberal rather than a black radical.
Probably, but a lot less of them are going to come out to the polls this time around. Also, there were quite a few Black families on Chick Fil-A day.
