The Democratic National Committee had more debt than cash on hand when the general election started in September, a troubling fact few people have noticed to this point in the campaign.
We already knew that the Republican National Committee had more than 10 times as much cash as the DNC while the party’s were holding their conventions, but a closer look at the DNC’s August report shows it also took out $8 million in loans during that month — which means it had more debt ($11.8 million) than cash on hand ($7.1 million).

Wonder what they used as collateral, Obama's smile? And please, who in their right mind would loan the Democrats money? That's what the IRS is for.
THIS is the reason for the doctored polls.
Without some CHANCE of Obama winning, no one is going to piss money down their rathole.
A month before the election, the campaign starts stockpiling cash to pay voters and precinct workers. They need a lot of cash to pay for votes. They get more expensive every year. They have to pay for buses to take people to precincts to proxy vote for people who are shut-in or dead. Those riders have to be fed and compensated.
Precinct captains don’t come cheap.

With the way their women look, pimping them out isn’t going to raise much.
I have an idea to help them out to raise money. Print a nude calendar, “Women of the DNC.” Pay them and they won’t send it to you.

Sadly it is just a full page flyer made out of thick cardboard, my shredder just chews it up with gusto, nom nom nom....
"Loaning" money is a popular method the world over for kickbacks, bribes, and other illegal payments. They don't really want their money back, they want favors.
The DNC raises their cash on hand number the way all ticks do: they stop paying their bills. I hope they take in a maximum number of suckers this time. They will suck, suck harder than ever, yet this time no milky will come.
