He has been a faithful supporter of abortion since he was 11, I think that was his own statement

In the same article:

"Romney told the newspaper that he would issue an executive order to reinstate a ban on U.S. foreign aid money being used to pay for abortions in countries that receive the assistance. Obama had dropped the "Mexico City" policy on such aid shortly after taking office."

If Romney does anything regarding changing of abortion law it will be liberalization in line with UN directives.

There is no “law” that legalizes abortion. Roe v. Wade, Doe v. Bolton, etc., are not laws.

Not laws? Please explain to the uninitiated.

Romney or Obama will be the next President.

Romney agrees with you 85% of the time, Obama agrees with you 0%

NOTHING in life is ever perfect. Certainly nothing in politics ever is. Back in the 1980s people like you were ranting how Reagan had betrayed the Conservative movement. Now you all want to claim him as your political god father.

A rational adult accepts that 85% of something is better then 100% of what you stand against. Romney will work with you, Obama will work against you. A rational adult mind would accept 85% of something is better then 100% of nothing.

And spare me the self serving rhetoric about waiting for 2016. I am been hearing the same thing from you die harders since 1988. You always want to excuse your inaction this election by claiming you will get them next election. Well we are at the last ditch now. There is no more falling back. You either stand here or there will be no place left to stand.

So just strip away the self serving rationalizations and admit sour grapes that your candidate lost the 2012 GOP nomination is the motivating factor here.

Obama will win if we don't ALL vote for Romney.

A Human Life Amendment does not require ANY action of the President at all, the POTUS is not involved in the Amendment process.

It is hard to see how we can get a conservative Congress, however, without a major Romney blow out this November.

Also? The Hyde Amendment, baring Federal Funds for abortion, is still law but ignored.

Also? The repeal of Obamacare is required to protect life. Romney says he will do that.

Also? Romney HAS spoken about the violation of religious liberties involved in the abortion and contraceptive mandates in Obamacare.

If you are really prolife? Vote for Romney.

There is no other option.

An Obama win institutionalizes abortion on demand in our health care laws forever.

You have been a faithful liar about Romney since he won the nomination.

Try pyring open your welded shut mind rather then cling to your sour grapes that your canidate did not win the 2012 GOP Nomination

FACTS are at the link. Why don’t you finally try LEARNING them.

He supports the homosexual agenda as well.

Lying is still a sin. The 9th Commandment against bearing false witness is not a suggestion. You will answer to God for your actions one day. You might want to seriously rethink your strategy here

He’d have his hands full with the economy, Iran, etc. The states will pursue this issue. Romney’s main role woud be to appoint the right kind of judges
(and that’s where the people and Congress would have to hold his feet to the fire).

Presumption are thy middle name. I had no candidate in mind going into this debacle, just a hope that someone with moral values would come out of it. Didn't happen.

What really needs to change? I’ll tell you what needs to change.

Women and MEN need to change. They need to get some morals. They need to stop thinking of life as something disposable, as something inconvenient to them. they need to stop being so materialistic, stop thinking so much about what others think. They need to start thinking more about marriage, about committment, about family, about what happens after this life.

We have these laws because Americans WANTED these laws — and still want them. We need a change of HEART in America, not always a change in political leadership towards this end — we’re always, always going to have this opposition to it.

but we’re seeing the effects of it in terms of demographics and immigration. No one wants to admit it ...we’ve contracepted ourselves into a corner, and it’s not going to improve unless we change in many ways. Romney can’t fix that on his own.

Laws are passed by legislatures.

So, there was never a law passed that made abortion a law? Then why did the Supreme Court get involved. And why is it ok to kill babies?

Please help me here, if the right to abort is not a law what is it?

Don’t get my response wrong, I’m overwhelming curious.

There are two men running for President of the United States. Make a choice, it is the easy way out to say that you just can not vote for one of them.

And I will take the easy way out. In all good conscience I can vote for neither.

Let’s just hope he holds firm on appointing pro-life Supreme Court justices. That’s the real abortion related issue at stake.

This statement by Mitt Romney does seem pretty supportive of the homosexual agenda.

“” I am more convinced than ever before that as we seek to establish full equality for Americas gay and lesbian citizens, I will provide more effective leadership than my opponent (Ted Kennedy).

I am not unaware of my opponent’s considerable record in the area of civil rights, or the commitment of Massachusetts voters to the principle of equality for all Americans. For some voters it might be enough for me to simply match my opponent’s record in this area. But I believe we can and must do better. If we are to achieve the goals we share, we must make equality for gays and lesbians a mainstream concern. My opponent cannot do this. I can and will.””

“”One issue I want to clarify concerns President Clinton’s “don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t pursue” military policy. I believe that the Clinton compromise was a step in the right direction. I am also convinced that it is the first of a number of steps that will ultimately lead to gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly in our nation’s military. That goal will only be reached when preventing discrimination against gays and lesbians is a mainstream concern, which is a goal we share.””
