Not a day too soon.
I love it when the tables are turned on those who make the laws that now they refuse to live by.

You mean we don’t have to wait for Sandra Day Oconnor’s completely arbritrary, 25 years??

The Supreme Court Is Going To End Affirmative Action As We Know It Pretty confident, I hope so, but they were also going to overturn the individual mandate of the so-called Affordable Care Act.

The Obamas, and Sotomeyor, are prime examples of the result of affirmative action--US hating, race baiting, egotistical mediocrities elevated far above their capabilities..

I'm not confident of any decision from the Warren Roberts Court. Next year, I expect them to find "gay marriage" to be a constitutional right.

With regard to affirmative action, I ask my liberal friends to answer this question.....none have.....
"If, as a business owner, it's illegal to not hire you because of your race......why then is it ok to promote you for that very same reason?"

I would be very reluctant in predicting any conservative action by the Roberts Court. With his Obamacare decision, he proved that he is obsessed with playing to the liberal gallery. No reason to expect for him to revert to sanity now.

There go Obama’s hopes for a teleprompter in the next debate.

But a lot has changed since Sandra Day O'Connor wrote that opinion, including her replacement by right-leaning Samuel Alito. That rates an 8.95 on the No-Sh!t-O-Meter.
Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsberg, Breyer, Kennedy, and Roberts.
Sounds like a 6-3 decision upholding redistribution of wealth.

The nation will end affirmative action by taking the ultimate non-racist action in November. Hiring a black president in 2008 was not that action. Firing him will be that action.

Do away with affirmative action? Not a chance. REMEMBER—the Supreme Court no longer pays attention to the Constitution of the United States. The ObamaCare decision makes that very clear. As does the Court’s refusal to enforce the “natural born citizen” requirement and the Court’s definition of a century ago.
Nope. Political correctness now drives the Court.

isn’t this the same court that refused to follow law in the HC decision? why does anyone think they will actually follow the law and the constitution?
