I don't know that it is "official", but it was definitely uploaded by the Obama campaign. It's attributed to the same YouTube username as the rest of the campaign videos.

I suspect it was meant as a spoof, and available only to the people that are in on the joke. But, if the URL goes viral, the only people that are going to consider it serious are the moonbats. Everyone else is just going to think it's lame.

It looks pretty real. So hard to believe it is!

I think they were attempting to mock Romney and portray him as attacking PBS instead of focusing on important issues. (Again with the projection. From the man who has time for The View, but not Netanyahu.)

It starts out with “I’m Barack 0bama and I approved this message.”

It has the scary ominous voiceover designed to make the viewer worry. That’s the part that makes it so hilarious to me.
