Florida AG Says Carrying a Gun is Always Presumably a Crime | All Nine Yards.
Given the small percentage of the population that is licensed to carry a concealed firearm, the overwhelming majority of firearms, or 95%, are not licensed to be concealed. Thus, an officers suspicion that a firearm is not licensed would be reasonable because, in any given case, there would be, statistically speaking, a 95% likelihood of illegality.
Wait, what? Oh Jesus Lord, what a dumb statement! Are we to assume that since about 50% of Floridas population have unregistered, unlicensed vaginas, they should be suspects of the crime of prostitution?

There are many logical fallacies in AB Bondi's statement. The 95% chance of illegality would only hold if everyone carried a firearm. If only 10 percent of people carried firearms(which would be about a 50/50 chance of illegality) constitutional carry would have passed the legislature long ago.

This problem could be solved by dropping the licensing and registration altogether.

So we’re presumed to be guilty until we prove our innocence?

Her Law School alma mater should revoke her diploma.
An argument like that is not worthy of a Shyster General.

She was due for some exposure. The Establishment has kept her sprinkled in stardust. I’ve been afraid she is overrated, but time will tell, but she is young.

It’s undoubtedly true that more than half of these firearms she speaks of are long guns, unlikely to be carried concealed licensed or not.

I’ve heard her speak in person before her election. Well spoken but really wasn’t that impressed.
She seems to have the correct friends in high places.

Based on her picture, I acquit her. However, oh, the stupid in her, it hurts.

florida is one of the easiest places in the country to get a CC license. It seems anyone carrying concealed should be presumed to have a license.

Bondi is whatever her handlers tell her to be. I doubt she has an original thought.

This is statistically illiterate.
The correct percentage would be that of all people stopped for various reasons who are carrying guns, the percentage which have the proper licenses.
To: marktwain
SO, if a city has violent crimes with a majority being committed by black, then police can do what?
