Seen The NEW and "IMPROVED" DOJ website?
email | today | unknown

HERE IS AN EYE-OPENING CHANGE ---

Interesting website change we see at the NEW U.S. JUSTICE DEPT.

http://www.justice.gov/

Little by little, the subtle changes come until one day we will wake up and be in the United Socialist States of America.
The election is just around the corner, BECOME engaged as if our nation depended on it... because it does!!!!!

Department of Justice ditches red, white, and blue stars and stripes.

It seems the U.S. Department of Justice has changed its web site.

Gone are the colorful red, white, and blue U.S. Flag decorations on the page!

Replaced by stark black. Why BLACK?

And at the top of the page, is a rather interesting quote:

"The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."

Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be relevant, obviously) point--

The quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'

Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism --

Under any of those names, it definitely makes the DOJ look corrupt in their new website with Marxist accessories to match.

How very interesting that 'they' couldn't find a nice quote from one of our Founders.

Here I go ... preachin' to the choir, I am sure!

I have been so remiss about posting that I am sure that this has to have been on FR before.

If so, just pull it -- and of course, since I don't even work on my own web page, I have forgotten how to put those great graphics and sites in HTML ... I was disgusted to get this, but I am always so far behind the "FR" times!

I went to the site ... no need for "snoops" er ... SNOPES!

I went to the site too. The background color looked more like a dark brown to me, but the quote is there.

I guess they couldn’t use a white background, because that would be raaaaacist!

“The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people.”

WTF does that crap mean? That marxist, racist POS Holder needs to be duly-charged, tried, convicted, sentenced and imprisoned/executed, for TREASON!

This is also an endorsement of laws grounded in moral relativism , and collective rights of society based on the precepts of secular humanism as opposed to a legal system based on moral absolutes grounded in individual personal freedom and liberty as laid out in our Constitution

Very scary stuff that provides clues as to where 4 more years of this administration will take us

It sounds like the fascist concept of the general will to me.

Janet Reno's favorite quote chiseled into the Just Dept Building.

Though even their debunking doesn't make it very warm and cuddly. OTOH, the most dangerous thing would be Holder and Obama wrapping their fascism in the Red, White and Blue of the flag.

the full quotation is: “The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people, framed through mutual confidence, sanctioned by the light of reason.’‘ Obviously omitted is the latter portion, “framed through mutual confidence, sanctioned by the light of reason.’‘

That full quotation is etched on the east wall of the U.S. Department of Justice building. It is no coincidence that it was carved into the stone when Franklin Delano Roosevelt was president.

the quote has been generally attributed to C. Wilfred Jenks, a man “ who facilitated a greater role for socialists and communists at the U.N ., and the global ‘workers rights movement.’” In 1958, Jenks published a series of essays under the title The Common Law of Mankind, which is actually a compilation of his essays that favor the implementation of International law over the laws of individual nations.

I just highlighted what I put up in the e-mail, as the link, right clicked my mouse and went to the "go to link" choice on that. Scary stuff IMOHO!

I also contacted the DOJ under their contact on the bottom of the page. Not that I am anybody but a rightful citizen, but could not let it pass -- I also emailed it to many that I could think of (the email, I got).

My email was pretty simplistic.

EXCUSE ME! this is not some one world participant -- this is the USA ... a democratic republic which follows the ORIGINAL FOUNDERS DREAMS FOR THE NATION ... Our National colors are red, white and blue -- NOT BLACK AND SOME DULL GOLD OR ORANGE.

Quotations abound from those founders which do personify our great and their great expectations -- you have highlighted as your lead in ... a quotation from the 1930's which propagates SOCIALISM instead of those brilliant and fine quotations from our beginnings.

We do NOT want your changes -- within or on an AMERICAN web page, which represents me and those I care for in MY COUNTRY.

Your quote and the following script are from email I just received: "The quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'

Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism ...

RED, WHITE and BLUE ... GET IT! I went to your page -- there is no mistake in your intent, no "SNOPES" correction.
BEEN THERE, SEEN YOUR ABOMINATION, WILL NOT HAVE THAT!
GET WITH IT! Holder is involved provably in criminal enterprise and you change our Department of Justice's webpage to something not able to be recognized????????
I am forwarding the letter that I received to all that I know in OUR COUNTRY! I am sending this small portion of that letter to you and I expect that you will hear from others in this exact regard ... those of us who are proud and will keep our wonderful heritage and fold it into our futures!
I need no reply -- I need to see the change back to what we ARE ... reflected on your site of shame ... not what the progressives WANT US TO BECOME!

As you can see, I yelled a whole lot!

I went to the site. There’s a rotating photo banner hawking the four most important things in the United States Department of Justice today:
1. Attorney General Eric Holder Speaks on the Rule of Law at the United Nations, with a a nice photo of Holder.

2. Attorney General Eric Holder on the Office of the Inspector General’s Report on Operation Fast and Furious, with a nice photo of Holder.

3. Attorney General Eric Holder on the 18th Anniversary of the Violence Against Women Act, no photo of Holder(!).

4. Accomplishments under the Leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder, with another nice photo of Holder.

Under that rotating banner, the next story is: Attorney General Eric Holder Speaks at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference.

I had the sound turned down so I don’t know if there is an Attorney General Eric Holder theme song playing here at the United States Department of Eric Holder site.

No one else has pointed out that the Al Qaeda battle flag is all black with a scripted saying (in Arabic). No pictures, no colors—just black with some text.

Coincidence... or intentional? You decide.

Maybe in a few years they’ll change the saying, too. Who would know—it would be like Animal Farm, where only the donkey Benjamin could read, and no one paid any attention to him.

Great observation that the DOJ is “devoted” to the “accomplishments” of Holder! I’m sure that somewhere, at some piano, some liberal is writing the lyrics to his song of praise.

In spite of the whys and hows and facts that this man was who he was ... and that his words or the words attributed to him have been memorialized and become a part of our DOJ building -- it (they) are contrary to OUR CREDO and at complete opposite intent from the very basic and foundational ethos of the USA!

Great input except the mere mention of the Butcher of Waco almost made me ill!:~)

Holder may have some more new troubles. I could swear that FOX news is reporting another border agent shot and killed this morning.

With the SHTF possibilities coming up. I’d rather not have the DOJ even know who I am, much less visit their site, and better know me.

The background color looks like an ‘off-black’, or very dark grey, to me.
