Sorry, some people are never going to go along with the GOP establishment. Romney, Akin, and Rove deserve each other.

Not fast. The pressure has been mounting in leaps and bounds to reverse the GOPe establishment ban on Akin. They are finally waking up to the fact that we MUST have that Senate seat and the sooner they get behind Todd Akin the better chances they can defeat the Obama clone, McCrackel.

What, now, needs to be done is for Palin, and YES Romney himself to apologize for their knee-jerk earlier announcement for Akin to step down.

I expect Palin and Romney as well as many others that shot themselves in the foot earlier to come around and politically endorse and back Akin in the very near future since many of the GOpe are stepping up to the plate for him. Time is rapidly running out and this thing has to be settled. Email, write, phone, fax, or just plain demonstrate with pro Akin groups and get your message out.

Claire McCaskill MUST be defeated. We MUST win a majority in the Senate or Romney will have to put up with another 4 years of dingy harry and his Senate majority leadership. We would have total gridlock. Now THAT is a nightmare!!!!

Say what? Akin is NOT a GOPe/RINO. Don't lump in with the other two. Akin was the only true conservatie on the primary ticket.

ROFL.

First we had Freepers defending Akin agains the "GOP establishment" who were calling for him to get out of the race. Now we have Freepers saying that Akin is part of the "GOP establishment."

Just curious why youa re lumping Akin in with the "GOP establishment". He certainly doesn't hold establsihment views, so I'm not sure how that description fits. Can you enlighten me?

Akin bucked the establishment and more than once. You should read the night the clocks froze regarding the type of man Akin is! he voted against more than one of Bush’s big spending programs which brought the wrath of Blunt, Hastert and even Bush down on him.
