The lower court rulings constitute denial of self-government to millions of people.
It is such a shame that impeachment is just about a dead letter across our nation. A few judicial scalps per year would go a long way.
Do you know if the lower court judges are elected or appointed?
I think they were appointed originally and must be elllected to subsequent terms. Unfortunately few people pay much attention to judicial elections.
I think that both of these judges were Democrat appointments, but I don’t know for sure.
