Maybe white families should pull their children and start a homeschooling community, share in the teaching.

True. A month ago, I helped a friend in nearby (bankrupt) Vallejo set up her first grade class for opening day. Her class size changed from twenty to thirty-two. No aides, no Phys Ed, art or music. All teachers have been informed they may not refer black children to the office for discipline. It comes with the “free” Arne Duncan money the district has accepted. They are not allowed to group by ability, either. She doesn’t dare divide the 32 into any kind of groups for fear she’ll be accused.
