I no longer have any appetite for criticizing his candidacy. At this point, I really just feel sorry for the Romney-Ryan ticket and for each of them personally. Like Ann has said, things can’t be easy or fun for them.

I have NO sympathy for Romney and Ryan. None. They're completely ignoring the true wind at their backs.

This is pandering to some mythical 'middle-of-the-road' voter, who they think will carry them over the top. The price of pandering to that segment of the population, is betraying the trust of the majority of those who will vote for them.

And once they're in office, who will they answer to? We, the majority? I hardly think so.
