Out of interest, how was DADT repealed? congressional vote or executive order from the king? Does it matter? The point is, Ryan's all for it now.

Does it matter? Of course it matters. This is one of those "unring the bell" type things. What do you do with those who've availed themselves of the policy in the past year if your repealed?
