Islamic leaders in Dearborn, Mich. are holding a rally this Friday night to build momentum for the passage of laws that prohibit speech or expression that hurts "the religious feelings of Muslims."
Put together in response to the film "Innocence of Muslims," rally organizer Tarek Baydoun said, "We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to sow the seeds of hate and discord against the religious beliefs of others." Rally co-organizer Osama Siblani added, "There is a need for deterrent legal measures against those individuals or groups that want to damage relations between people, spread hate and incite violence."

Discussions and arguments about the merits of one religious dogma versus another are part of this country’s heritage from its founding.
The philosophy of “don’t offend me or I’ll kill you” is antithetical to the core of freedom.
That is a very good point. What if they decide that non Muslim women being out of the beekeeper uniform they make their women wear hurts their Religious sensibilities.
I agree. We need to END all legal immigration for about 30 years until we can get a grip on this mess.

Begin starting churches: “learning centers”
community helps: food etc.
Stage 3:
Political activism: demanding rights, denounce
derogatory comments/press etc.
Stage 4:
Get elected, pass laws favoring rights etc. move toward
political majority
Stage 5:
Political control, Sharia Law
Anyway we can get the Westboro folks to protest their protest? Maybe get them some “Mo is in hell” or “Allah hates fags” posters.
Why are they even here?
Since they love oppression so much, give them a one-way ticket to the land of the lost where they can oppress and/or be oppressed to their heart’s content.
I’d be more than happy to pay for a ticket or two.
It’s about time that these goathumpers learn how closely the 1st and 2nd Amendments are linked.
So if it happens in Dearborn, will it also spread ro other cities as these creatures are wont to do? And if it does, what do we do about it?
