I’m not crying about Elvis. I’m crying about how modern “music” is so pathetically awful. I guarantee you, when you’re in your fifties and sixties, Lil Wayne and all the other no-talent clowns won’t seem so great. Maybe before that.

As I've replied to others already:

Nearly everyone who grew up on classical or ragtime in the 30's said the exact same thing about Elvis (and Rock-n-roll).

You can hardly compare "Elvis, the Pelvis" with this seriously raunchy, violent, hateful cRap 'music'.

Yes, and my parents hated rock and roll as well. But my father (he’s almost 93) finally admitted the Beatles wrote a lot of good songs. And I’ll admit that a lot of rock is awful. So, I’ll ask you then: Do you think Elvis has more talent than Lil Wayne?
