It doesn’t matter how many rules, regulations, vows, promises, pay dockings or cuts in ratings are put into place, it won’t stop anything.

There is a reason military forces have traditionally been all male, and homosexuality has been prohibited by expulsion: Because the sexual drive is not controllable by rules, punishment and regulation.

Homosexual men engage in unprotected sex even though it is KNOWN that there is a highly communicable, often fatal disease that can be transmitted.

Men and women in muslim countries engage in adultery KNOWING that a violent, primitive and painful death awaits at least one of them (the woman) if they are caught.

Men will destroy their lives, throw away their careers, destroy their marriages and lose all their money because of sex.

A “no fraternization policy” means nothing.

Royal Navy Articles of War - 1757

The Articles of War on board a Royal Navy ship matched the gravity of holy writ. It served as the law practiced upon His Majesty’s Ships.

28. If any person in the fleet shall commit the unnatural and detestable sin of buggery and sodomy with man or beast, he shall be punished with death by the sentence of a court martial.

You speak truth here, sadly.
