“I’d like to see a poll of Mormons to see if they’d like dingy Harry to be the “face of Mormonism.”

My wife and I are both Mormons, although we are not active. Nevertheless, the local church sends people to “visit” with us on an infrequent basis. The last time they showed up, I met them at the door and told them that so long as Harry Reid was a member, that they were not welcome in our home. They told us that 95% of the local “congregation” felt that he should be excommunicated and were distressed that the church leaders in Salt Lake City were not taking that action. I have actually been considering having my name removed from the membership, and Harry Reid is one of the factors affecting my decision.

Not while hes the highest political figure in all o0f Mormondom, Harry is not going anywhere...

He will remain where he is receiving frequent honors from SLC and their underlings

and in a place where he can influence the US government...

Knowing all you know about the corruption and political ambition within Mormonism, can you imagine them not wanting a Mormon in at least the 2 branches of the 3 ???

One temple Mormon in the Executive office and one in the Senate’s highest office (for the Legislature ???

and then there are those several Mormons in the house...

any one of them could be Speaker ...

and then the Supreme Court one day...

No Harry Reid is not going anywhere...

Hes just the type of Mormon that they want there...

There was a very widely known Dim US Senator, now deceased, who stood for almost everything his church (The Roman Catholic Church) was against... He was never excomminicated either.

I am Catholic from birth and attend 12 years of Catholic school and I learned that the rule for excommunication was quite simple, if a Catholic publicly lives in sin and does not ask for forgiveness and promise to not "do it again" he is subject to excommunication.

It just never happened.
