The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced late last week that it is representing U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Dooley, a 1994 Graduate of the U. S. Military Academy at West Point and released the letter sent by 57 Muslim groups demanding the removal of military instructions that they say is offensive to Islam.
In April 2012, LTC Dooley, a highly decorated combat veteran, was publically condemned by General Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and relieved of his teaching assignment because of the negative way Islam was portrayed in an elective course entitled, Perspectives on Islam and Islamic Radicalism the release said.
The actions against LTC Dooley, an instructor involved with this elective, follow a letter to the Department of Defense dated October 19, 2011 and finally released and was signed by 57 Muslim organizations, demanding that all training materials that they judge to be offensive to Islam be purged and instructors are effectively disciplined.
Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center commented, We are privileged to represent Lieutenant Colonel Dooley. He has honorably served his Nation for 18 years and effectively carried out every assigned mission with distinction. He served as Aide- de- Camp to three different General Officers and deployed to Bosnia, Kuwait, and Iraq for a total of six operational and combat tours. During that time, he received numerous awards and decorations. Now after a lifetime of service to his country, he is being sacrificed on the altar of political correctness and expediency by the Army he so loyally served and loves.
Thompson also stated, In order to appease Muslims and the White House, General Dempsey and the Department of Defense rushed to punish LTC Dooley..."

When it’s Christians lefertists give lectures on free speech, eparation of church and state. Muslims? Can’t hurt their feelings!
It comes down to hurt feelings. Feelings of some groups don’t matter.
". . . in proportion to the magnitude of the subject [there must] be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that [you] can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Should [you] keep back [your] opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, [you] should consider [your]self as guilty of treason towards my country[!]"
Those 57 -- what? one for each state? -- Muslin groups are committing treason against the United States of America. They sure got pretty mosques ain't they? Make great Honey Baked Ham stores when they are all arrested, tried and convicted for treason.
Shame be upon those 57 Islamist groups and the Obama Administration for sanctioning the Islamists abuse of these poor souls.. where is the "sensitivity" for these victims of hundreds of years of Islamism's practice of inbreeding and Islamism's horrible abuse of these poor souls including killing them?
...now you know why Odungo said 57 states
IMHO, work towards a declaration that The United States of America is a Christian nation.
If not, America will become a muslim nation of lawlessness, thuggery and sin.
This trial is going to be Obama and Gen. Dempsey’s worst nightmare because Lt. Col. Dooley can present every DOD/JCS fuckup since the beginning of the Afghan operations where “political correctness”, i.e. new “Rules of Engagement” results in American and Allied soldiers being needlessly killed or wounded.
Then he will end up with “work place disaster” re the Ft. Hood Massacre and how the military has referred to Major Hassan. No sane Court Martial panel would ever convict him of anything except being a superb, prescient patriot.
Any bets that the trial will not take place, esp. if Romney gets elected.
I fully expect Romney etc to purge the Army, Navy, and some of the Air Force for stupid PCness and cowardice. A lot of Obama’s asskissers will be seeking early retirement if Romney gets in.
A lot of families of KIA soldiers will be seeking lawsuits about the same time.
Gonna get dicey for the Brass who caved in to Political Correctness and combat stupidity.
Who is Charles Martel?
Meanwhile the DHS wargames against Christians and TEA Partiers
Charles Martel, the leader of the Franks forces (including Germanic tribes), defeated a Saracen force of about 80,000 Moslems in Tours, October 732. Martel’s grandson was Charlemagne.
Martel “the Hammer” decisively defeated abd-ar-Rahman and his loot-laden forces in a long, one-day battle and drove them back beyond the Pyrennes where they stayed until ousted by the Spanish many years later.

Now you know why I haunted Borders and Barnes & Noble bookstores, for good history books on remainder.
Be careful of your expectations.
Mitt Romney has no military experience but much business experience. Businesses learn that ‘PC’ is important. Don’t expect much.
Our Founders designed the Presidency for strong leadership and the ability to make good decisions based on the need to protect, defend and preserve the Constitution and the American people. A number of men have learned those traits through the military. Other men are natural leaders and others have learned it in other ways.
The current White House resident has no real leadership skills, other than his agitation abilities. He can't keep secrets. The Libyan attack deserved presidential dispatch and he tested poorly on that score. He is too busy implementing his Soviet-style agenda. For all other details he has Jarrett to complete his job, which is dereliction of duty.
Romney can and has led men under pressure. He is a naturally good leader. We need someone who wants to serve the American people and not act like a king lording it over us for his own benefit.
are you saying Obama ahs this experience?????
>> Dont expect much.
Agreed.
I just created #16 for our own Quisling.
The court-martial of Lt. Col. Dooley will open up one royal can of worms for the perfumed princes of the Pentagon. Gen. Dempsey committed an act of monumental dhimmitude inspired stupidity when he condemned LTC Dooley by name.
But yes, this trial may never take place, just like the court-martial of the jihadi murderer Nidal Malik Hasan will be delayed until the witnesses die of old age. Too much political correctness at stake, too many enforcers of PC will get their names put up in lights when a blizzard of subpoenas are issued by the court.
My wife & I are retired military. Just learned that one of her former colleagues got reamed in writing for criticizing the repeal of DADT. It’s a changed Army, for sure.
bump!!
Good job
Dont expect much.
You're right.....and I don't.
