Tells me more about the NEA than it does the ‘artist’ that failed basic plumbing 101. I suppose it’s a consolation prize for the new protected class. I’m surprised it’s not hanging in the Oval Office by now.
What if an "artist" announces very soon that on the opening day of the new Serrano exhibit, he will create "Piss Koran" on the sidewalk right outside of the museum?
