Put up a second one and call it a laundry line ... Things don't always have to take the most efficient or expected shape to function... Make them prove what it is... and never concede the point , make them spend money...
Here's an electrical transmission tower ,, bet you can't guess where it is..

Satan's minions, who spend more time thinking about how to hate God than some believers do on how to love Him. If He doesn't exist, why the obsession? Because they wish they could believe but cannot abandon their pride enough to do so?
He loves them, anyway.

Way too many things on that list have been achieved already, from infiltration of the media and big business to the “internationalization” of the Panama Canal.

Is it me, what about the free exercise clause of the fallen and their mourners? What about the right of expression of the society that erected it? I was taught that the Constitution was written to restrict the power of the central government. What are the first five word of the First Amendment? Its Congress shall make no law
So, as I read this central document government should do nothing because the government is doing nothing as to the establishment of a religion and any action taken by government is contrary to the free exercise clause. To the humanist ... SYDMAD.

At least once a week I drive by this beautiful monument that is located at a large traffic circle that was once a big junction for roads to and from Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis (before the BW Parkway and the US 50 freeway were built). One really has to be a creep to want this torn down.

If Christianity has it right, our God loves the non-Christian soldiers, too. Therefore, the cross is perfectly fine, IMO.

A veterans memorial in the form of a peace cross in Bladensburg, Md., has come under criticism by the American Humanist Association, which has said the memorial is a religious symbol on public land and that the government should not be in the business of promoting religion.
The American Humanist Association at it again trying to use the force of government against anything but its non-religion religion.

WDW on the eastern edge of Disney property , a very recognizable advertisement for the parks , right on the main highway at the exit for the parks...
My point was to fight them and not concede anything , why do we keep making it easy for them?
To: Neidermeyer
Understand your point. Lot of talk on this thread but there is starting to be a lot of action by others when this crap comes up.

MARY-Land was named in honor of Roman Catholic Henrietta Maria of France who married Charles I of England. She was not crowned Queen due to her religion. Catholics were still being executed in England in the 1620's.
George Calvert, 1st Lord Baltimore in the Irish House of Lords, applied to Charles I for a new royal charter for what was to become the Province of Maryland. Calvert's interest in creating a colony derived from his Catholicism and his desire for the creation of a haven for Catholics in the new world. (source-wiki)
The first capitol of Maryland was St. Mary's. The territory was also consecrated in honor of the Virgin Mary on St. Clements Island.

I hope they keep an eye on it... These type of people tend to vandalize, destroy or steal the Christian monuments they cant make illegal. They would have to dynamite that one -- it's very large, 40 feet high of cement and marble, and sits in full view of onlookers at the intersection of three major multiple-lane roadways. It's been there all my life, and I -- ahem -- grew up in the 50s.
The "humanists" need to go pound sand. Apparently they don't think Christians are human.
