With all due respect Mrs Romney there would have been better candidates in the ring, real conservatives, if your husband had not politically assassinated them for 4 years
just sayin
I understand your frustration...but I think we must circle the wagons when it comes to Romney. He has the media and Dems dumping on him every day, so why should we add to that? The last thing we need is to project mutiny or any type of agreement with the ‘other side’......they NEVER do that to their own. I just think its time to support our candidate, as the alternative is marxism.
Breelliant!!!
Mrs. Romney, Please ask your husband to assail Barry with at least half of the energy he did against his “own” party during the Primary!
We are not “lucky” to have your husband as the nominee. If we had a half-decent candidate he/she would be consistently and decisively leading ....
I was a Newt supporter. I think we would have been ‘lucky ‘to have Newt as our candidate.
And I am thrilled that Newt is taking a leading role to help Akin. The Gop-e can kma. They should be ashamed of how they’ve handled the so called Akin controversy. Bunch of yellow bellied pukes.
This is the last hurrah of the GOP-e, and they know it. If their annointed “moderate” can’t win this time, they should be thoroughly discredited. In fact, this could be the swan-song of the Republican Party as conservatives organize their own party. Whether conservatives can actually agree long enough to plan a course of action is the big question.
Control of the GOP may be mute, however, after four more years of Marxism in the White House that will transform America into France.
I agree. However, for the time being it would be helpful if sell-outs like Bill Kristol, Peggy Noonan, David Brooks, et al. would just keep their friggin’ mouths shut.
just where is Republican leadership in this race..MIA?

Yeah, that’ll fire up the base. /s
I can tell by your posts most of you would prefer another 4 years of Obama
Your husband and his operatives in Tampa changed the rules on Electors and we no longer can do anything but give you money and blind support... our voices are no longer represented. You husband will win this election because obama is just that bad... but do not invite Conservatives to a party where you have hired Blackwater to keep us out... savvy.
LLS
Soooo I am interested to hear your best case scenario from today forward. Not wishing we had a different R. candidate (Mitt was not even one of my top 3 choices).... but if you say "We won't stop".... what do you expect to accomplish?
The emptier the suits, the more billowing the hubris.
She is correct. Especially the panty waisted types like Crystal and Noonan and any other pundit who loves the sound of their own words, and those words are fodder for the democrat noise makers. This is a serious election and all we hear from Obama’s cheerleaders is fluff and distraction.
Romney wasn’t my first choice but he will be infinitely better than what is in office now. I just hope he cleans house at all levels because we need a reset after this bunch. I hope he does.
“If we had a half-decent candidate he/she would be consistently and decisively leading the Emperor with no Clothes.”
That argument ended MONTHS ago. The primaries are well over. We’re in the general election now, 7 weeks out, in fact. So worry about the ‘16 or ‘20 primaries down the road. For today, for this election, it’s Mitt or Obama. Deal with what is, not what you’d like it to be.
Ann Romney’s comment is really appropriate for you. What can we say about other candidates in the primaries if the winner is not even —in your words— a half decent candidate?
If we carry Iowa, we have so much better of a chance of winning this presidency. Ann Romney
“We”? Your chances would greatly improve if your husband started going after pResent Zero with the same gusto he demonstrated in attacking conservatives in the primaries.
The sun’ll come up tomorrow, Annie, just sayin’.... we, hmmm. Even if Mitt wins he’s gotta run again in four years, so we’d better be a part of “We.”
