On Monday and Tuesday, MSNBC won over Fox News in the ratings in the key demographic of viewers 25 to 54 -- the prized audience for advertisers. Rachel Maddow had bigger ratings in the demo than longtime cable-news ratings king Bill O'Reilly. In their time slots, Maddow defeated Hannity, and Lawrence O'Donnell beat out Greta van Susteren in those numbers.
This is impossible. Did Axelrod make a call to Nielsen?
Weiner in The Morning!!
Having Weinerboy host would indicate to me the impact Beck has had. After all, Weiner and Beck went to war and Weiner lost. Now Beck is impacting FOX ratings.
Did MSNBC numbers go up? Or did Bill and Greta numbers go down?
I don’t believe this. Does anybody have access to those ratings?
During the primaries I quit watching FOX for I couldn't take the Romney 24/7 love fest any more.
Perhaps I wasn't the only one...
This is impossible. Did Axelrod make a call to Nielsen?
or they found a way to fake ratings and bumping them up slowly so no one smells Democrats
If you say it long enough they will believe it especially if you threaten the ratings company
Rachel Maddow beat out Bill O’Reilly? You’ve got to be kidding me. Now, this said MSNBC won in the ratings of the 25-54 age group. But, they didn’t win overall did they? This is absolutely unbelievable. Guess I can’t joke anymore, with my friends, about the 14 people who watch MSNBC.
The breaking story at the time was the “supery secrety Romney secret super tape” that was not covered on Fox but covered on cnn and msnbc. This is why the ratings were different.
Now, this said MSNBC won in the ratings of the 25-54 age group.
Thats a big, important demographic.
Well, I’ve been pretty disgusted with FOX since the Primary season also; especially Bill O’Reilly. Sean Hannity is about the only “true” Conservative left on there. Sometimes I think that Anderson Cooper is more “Fair and Balanced” than Bill O’Reilly; honestly.
Perverts United
Tried watching O’Reilly for the first time in a very long time. The show seems old and tired. I think it’s time to think about moving on.
Hannity seemed ok, but doesn’t do anything to make we want to tune in.
I think “The Five” is pretty entertaining. But if I had my choice, I’d rather see shows formatted like “the panel” that is featured on the last 15 minutes of Special Report. I could watch the panel for a full hour easily.
This is NOT good news for the Romney/Ryan team.
In his mania to be "fair and balanced" O'Reilly distorts both sides of EVERYTHING and excuses EVERYTHING the Left does because "the Right is doing it, too."
O'Reilly is rootless, standards-less, values-less, guiding principles-less......and ultimately, as happens to all gutless fence-sitters, witless and friendless.
