Can we stop calling Irving Krystol Junior a “Conservative” now?
How about “Blathering Idiot”?
Works for me!

It fits well into modern culture. TV - from sitcoms to sports to the news - is constantly jumping up and down going “OMG did you see....”

A lot of internet news is the same way “Did you see where (fill in the blank) messed up” - pointing out and hyping every little anomaly.

And look at what/who gets 15 minutes of fame. 99 times out of a hundred it’s the freak or sex show.

So Dems are playing to, and counting on, the short attention span and lowest common denominator.

Dick Morris was on F&F this morning and he says that the video release is helping Romney and he should double down. This is hurting dims as have most of their attacks this election.

I love Michelle’s use of the movie imagery...”squirrel”, indeed. The use of misdirection is not only for magicians, it seems.

Which is why we conservatives have to figure out how to set the narrative first, instead of reacting. It can be done. We have the technology.

This 47% story will be quickly dropped because most Americans agree with Romney, and it’s hurting Buckwheat and his band of thieves by exposing them as a takers.

I still don’t know how Obama has gotten away with this:

There is even video on You Tube of Obama campaigning for Odinga, the Odinga who slaughtered Christians.

I think even the 47% agree with Romney. This is a national disaster brought on by an incompetent administration. Deep in their hearts, even freeloaders agree that they must carry their fair share of the load. I don’t see this hurting Romney at all.

If Romney wants to go tit for tat he should break out Obama’s despicable off-mic comment he made to the President of Russia about the flexibility he will have to destroy America even more after he is reelected. Now that is what should be on the news.

"There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what," Romney explained to an audience member who asked how the candidate was going to change the "we'll take care of you" mentality of Obama voters. "All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you name it. ... And they will vote for this president no matter what."

Romney explained that this portion of voters was comprised of "people who pay no income tax. ... I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives."

Very true and I don't see how it can even be considered controversial.

"If you're looking for free stuff you don't have to pay for, vote for the other guy," he (Romney) told a heckler in March. "That's what he's all about, OK? That's not, that's not what I'm about."

Good for Romney! He should be making this point more often.

Let the parsers and panicky pundits chase their tails and hurl their nuts. This election is about America's makers versus America's takers. Romney should never, ever apologize for making that clear.

Right on - that's the choice facing us and we will see how many of each we have in November.

P.S. Can Michelle please not call Brooks or Kristol conservative?
