We had several hours of HEAVY duty winds last night, but only one flickering of lights.

Today, being Wednesday, is cutting payroll checks. Because the winds have already started here at work and the lights are flickering, the IT department warned that we may lose power here at the office.

Soooooo....we have been frantically making as many corrections as we can (we usually have until 2pm) and are in the process right now of running the payroll 4 hours early. I can hear the checks printing now, and the direct deposit file has been sent to the bank. Whew!!

I’m hoping to go home early.
