What Obama Thinks of Americans
The American Thinker ^ | September 18, 2012 | Ed Lasky

Posted on 09/18/2012 1:28:19 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife

......."it's not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

"I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect that the Brits believe in British exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.".....[believes] we are not a model for the world and in fact have reasons to atone to it.....

..........Many of the stories that Obama does tell us, from his own life story....to the auto bailout "success" fairy tale to the broken promises regarding ObamaCare and the incessant peddling of tall tales known as Mediscare, lean a bit more toward fiction than fact. Should we trust a man who shamelessly abuses the facts of his own mother's death for political purposes?.....

....Policeman "acted stupidly" ....

...Republicans are "bomb-throwers" and "hostage takers" who sip Slurpees while driving the economy into a ditch. If they want to help, though, they have to sit in the back of the bus.....

.....Americans have gotten "a little soft, and we didn't have the same competitive edge that we needed over the last couple of decades."...."[W]e've been a little bit lazy."......

...."we can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times...and then just expect that other countries are going to say 'OK.'".....

"You would think they'd be saying thank you." Perhaps protesters had realized that the impact of relatively small tax cuts were being dwarfed by the debt accumulated under Obama's reign....Jodi Kantor writes....."there is a palpable sense of grievance on the part of the Obamas;the small group of people they rely upon reinforce the idea that "the American public just did not appreciate their exceptional leader." We are not worthy......

There is, of course, much more in the article - that doctors are greedy, Jews should search their souls, Islam can only be praised, fat cat bankers, oil and gas workers and corporate jet owners, Supreme Court justices, you didn't build that and on and on and on (how he's thinned skinned and can never take criticism). And that's just Obama. There's Joe "gaffe" machine Biden and Michelle Obama (undecided voters are "confused...knuckleheads") and the Democratic Party superstructure, who never pass up an opportunity to call those who work (or want to) and who pay the lion's share, racists and Nazis and greedy.

And when Americans protest these insults and lies!? We're labeled extremists who need to be watched.

The big news this morning is the video of "off the cuff" remarks Mitt Romney made - that 47% of Americans who don't pay taxes and rely on government will not vote for him, that they believe in a government centered society.

IT'S TRUE!

If George H. W. Bush had told the pony-tailed guy "I'm not your daddy," instead of the politically correct pap he dished out, he would have won the election.

Mitt -- a word of advice -- EMBRACE the truth.

Be our voice.

If George H. W. Bush had told the bill clinton “I’m not your daddy,” instead of ‘adopting’ him, maybe I would have some reservoir of respect for the man. As it stands, I have NONE.

“There is a stream of insults that has flown forth over the past few years — and have been all but smothered by the media. That is an anomaly, of course — because if there has ever been a “man bites dog” story...”

Shouldn’t that be “man EATS dog” story?

At then end of his very detailed and sourced (linked) article, Ed Lasky correctly says these constant and very pointed insults directed to all Americans need to be circulated (campaign ads) because this side of Obama (it’s every side of Obama) needs to be put in front of the voters (his state media has yawned and suppressed it).

I tried to do my own list of reasons to not support Obama based off various other lists and info I found. It was overwhelming. The guy is awful.

I burned out and grew tired of writing all the reasons so I gave up. Safe to say someone should try it or maybe I will finish it but there is so much it takes forever.

Obama should be laughed off stage and arrested and impeached.

I just felt the Conservative Daily News list was all over the place and not concrete enough. But their master list was long.

Right now, I wish I could get a detailed article, video or post on how Obama ruined the Middle East and how he is a Muslim himself appeasing the radicals. He did so much to ruin the security of America and create the environment in the Middle East that lead to uprisings now and the Ambassador’s death in Libya

Pony-tailed guy [Denton Walthall] question (admonition) to Bill Clinton, GHW Bush and Ross Perot - nationally televised townhall meeting: We need to focus on the needs....can we cross our hearts and make a commitment to the citizens of the United States to meet our needs? [video clip]

Bush: “… I mean I — I think, in general, let’s talk about these — let’s talk about these issues; let’s talk about the programs, but in the Presidency a lot goes into it. Caring is — goes into it; that’s not particularly specific; strength goes into it, that’s not specific; standing up against aggression, that’s not specific in terms of a program. So I, in principle, I’ll take your point and think we ought to discuss child care, or whatever else it is.”..... “Ponytail Guy” and the Presidency

Let’s face it, CW. Daddy Bush wanted to be ‘daddy’ to the whole world. He was the first president to use the term ‘new world order’ with his ‘thousand points of light’. He was just as much responsible for Mogodishu as clinton was, and still we learned nothing. Now we are seeing more or less the same thing in Iraq and Afghanistan and our troops are dying for a political agenda and drug profits the same as they were there. Shame on us for allowing this to go on and on and on.

If everyone “else” needs to make some changes he should too. Golfing over a 100 days a year, going on vacations all over the world 16 times, and owning a $2M home in Chicago sounds a little excessive. The man could stand to live by his own rules for others to show a little character but we know how much of a self-indulgent hypocrite he really is.

I think most people know that Obama is an anti-American Muslim immigrant (and is basing their vote on that already); there is a dwindling number (though still enough to swing the election) that can be persuaded to vote against him.

The disturbing part is the large group that knows these things about him and still support him; they (like him) are enemies of our way of life.

that 47% of Americans who don't pay taxes and rely on government

When I saw the Drudge headline and read about what MSNBC is calling the "Secret Romney Tapes" I started laughing. So, this is news to people? Of course it isn't, but what Romney did was akin to pointing out someones sin and shame. Because it is shameful for someone to take, and take, and take from other citizens and not pay a penny in Federal taxes themselves.

This is truth. The Media know it, the Democrats know it. It is just not allowed to be spoken. Why do you think the Media and the Democrats went ballistic when Newt Gingrich called Obama "The Food Stamp President?" Because it is true.

It is only the stuck hog who squeals.

Moreover, the Obama worshipers have violated Exodus 20:3 -

"Thou shalt have no other gods before me."

They should be called into account for that, and pay the due penalty for what they have done.

Obama should be laughed off stage and arrested and impeached.

That's true. And I'd add he be imprisoned for his monumental fraud along with his abettors. But even more disturbing is that he stands an excellent chance at re-election.

Lloyd Marcus: Obama versus Jesus: Black Christians Must Decide

The Left ensured that blacks would become a permanent dependent class and reliable voter base, now they have made huge inroads toward making whites and hispanics dependent too, while breaking them down into "victims' groups" - age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, culture, income, education, etc. - so as to more easily wield them as political clubs.
