The fact is, 1040 captures all income on the first two pages for individuals. That’s what Kansas was making his point.

We were speaking of two different sets of circumstances. 1040 has a single nature ~ like a monophysite god ~ except when it manifests itself as a document plus required supplemental information.

CPAs and forms designers at IRS imagine that makes it all same-same.
