I think I had read something where the Republicans absolutely have had it with Bernanke.

In fact, I think he’s actively looking for ways to help Obama win. Same with the so-called QE3

Of course, Politico punks have been given their orders: do stories that discourage conservatives.

Are we supposed to ignore everything that’s negative about our campaign? That’s like walking blindfolded over a cliff.

There is a war and there is a battle. Romney vs. Obama is a battle. Conservatives vs. Marxists is a war. Don't confuse the two. We have a short battle and a long game and we need to stay focused.

All he has to do is use You Tube. Set up his channel and use it to speak directly and unfiltered to the issues in question.

Why is that so hard for campaigns to understand?

Unless they just don’t want to.

Romney’s campaign has not penetrated the media spin yet and that seems to be a more difficult task each election cycle. Most Americans don’t go to youtube to watch political candidates so the ability of the media to shape the race is insurmountable. Don’t lose faith yet, the media blitz is coming and Romney has been loading up for it from day 1. His media team was outstanding during the primaries when most of us were upset over the thrashing it gave more appealing candidates. We will see.

They can think that way all they want. All this does is *encourage* me to work harder. To give up more things and send more money to the RR campaign.

However, it doesn’t mean we should ignore this story if aspects of Mitt’s speech (such as conservative ideas) were retracted because his advisor felt discouraged by them. If this is the case, he should fire Stevens and all of the former McCain protegees that ran the McCain campaign the same way—by hiding conservative ideas

Odd thing about the CREEP0 posters. They always start out pretending to be thoughtful and reasonable, then when you point out facts that challenge their emotion based opinions about Romney they start screaming absurd abuse just like Leftists.

Short term effects of QE3 is higher gas prices which will/should show up in general direction of the country surveys. Higher the negatives, higher disapproval for Obama. Now, OTH, it’s great for my portfolio but this is easy money that is just pushing up stocks and commodities - nothing feels right about any of this. It’s all artificial.

I think it’s more emotion-based to assume that every Romney campaign strategy is a winning one.

My candidate lost the primary and I am working overtime to help Romney (and more importantly, Paul Ryan) win. You’ve got to distinguish constructive criticism vs downright sabotaging.

Ryan DOES know what he is talking about, but has clearance for only broad brushing on the economy and is utterly gagged on committing to squat. This means Romney’s team doesn’t know what can be done beyond opening up the Keystone pipeline.

Probably it is Ryan who is teed off at the fiddling around one edge of a coming collapse.

That’s another thing that Romney needs to talk about more often.

Remember the endless “pain at the pump” specials that the media perpetuated during the last years of Bush?

We won’t expect it this time, but the campaign needs to be proactive and come out with one of their own.

Does infighting among underlings matter when militant Muslims are killing Americans on the other side of the world? Obama’s foreign policy is weakness on display. Americans need someone who knows something about economics and making money rather than a Chicago-Indonesia-Hawaiian who knows a lot about smoking pot, dealing coke, and printing money as her leader.

Most of all, Americans need to seek and to serve God and to stop relying on human leaders to guide them.

Being Politico, its highly possible “anonymous” is really “fictious”.

What campaign would not have different ideas on how to word the convention speech and the speech change a dozen times right up to ON THE AIR time?

"I think the Romney campaign should have..."

"We’re doomed."

"boring Hugh Hewitt interviewing boring Mitt Romney"

"I’m demoralized. Hope it’s just a blip in the radar."

I know your kind. Guys like you have never won so much as a student council election but want to run everyone else's campaign.

But keep running your pie hole, concern troll, because you're nothing new. In 2000, there were (sometimes hilarious) astroturfers who bitched right up until the minute Bush v. Gore was decided, and suddenly disappeared. 2004, closet Kerryites moaned about Ohio before and even after the election and got teh ban.

The moment Iowa is called for Romney and puts the win out of Bobo's reach, ya'll be gone like bad garbage.

I'm not sure these people are RINOs ~ after all they've never held elective office or run for office. It's more like they are from Massachusetts and simply cannot think outside the box where the Democrats make all the decisions and the occasional Republican governor gets to come along and Tom it up for them!

Fur Shur they are not doing a credible job running a national campaign.

The reason the Repubs/Conservatives have not penetrated the left/msm spin is that they have not tried to.

10 years ago they could have started establishing solid web presence. Jim Robinson figured it out and there are now a couple hundred thousand Freepers.

Palin has used a mere Facebook page to devastating effect.

If the Romney team took 1 month of fundraising and went on a total net/you tube rampage, the millions of non net news consumers would be forced to go see what all the frenzy was about.

I do not see how that logic fails.

I think you’re over-blaming the Romney campaign. Obama has 85% of all media outlets shilling for him. This is the reason we are not twenty points ahead. It’s hard to stop the media setting the narrative unless you own a media organization yourself. Whatever Romney puts out, it gets put through the liberal spin-machine.

Think about it, why does Chavez always win. Why does Putin always win. Voter intimidation, fraud and a media that is complicit to their agenda. This is why Obama continues to remain strong (though not as strong as the polls would suggest). We’ll still win though. By a 5 point margin.
