Whatever it takes...
KLBJ 590 AM is broadcasting what they know as they know it.
KLBJ.com
So far they have just reported that the evacuation is orderly and there are lots of law enforcement on site.
FOX reporting guy with middle eastern accent called and and said he planted bombs all over the place.
FOX reported that some male with a middle eastern accent called in a bomb threat, saying that there were bombs planted all over campus set to go off in 90mins.
I am confident this is a hoax. Al Quaeda doesn’t call in a threat so that the victims can scramble for safety. Al Quaeda would have let the bomb(s) go off.
FOX is on it- have sent to DRUDGE too
Fox:
University of Texas at Austin orders evacuation of all buildings after a bomb threat is phoned in claiming explosive devices will go off in 90 minutes.
Bush’s fault, I’m sure.
Fox reporting man with middle-east accent phoned in bomb threat and said he was with al queda. When has al queda ever given prior warning for a bombing? Probably some student trying to get out of an exam today.
Or they got orders to try and stir things up.
The was an FBI warning issued last night about trouble here.
Nothing.
Just as I suspected, nothing.
I guarantee there are no bombs. No terrorist would call in a bomb threat.
How long before the-big-eared-0ne tells us not to jump to any conclusions? I’m jumping to that conclusion NOW!
Ninety minutes have come and gone.
Doesn't that sound like profiling? The politically correct response would have been to ignore the call since it is racist to believe that someone with a middle eastern accent would be guilty of planting bombs. After-all, the caller was probably a member of the Religion of Peace. The powers that be at the university are clearly bigots.
Rick Perry’s fault... wait, actually Bush’s fault. Perry is just implementing the policies of Bush’s term in Austin.
I can see it now on MSNBC, “UT Campus Blows Up, UT Young Republicans to Blame.”
Strange..... I live next to the University of South Carolina main campus. At noon during football season a PA system usually blares the crowing Gamecock followed by the USC fight song. Until yesterday.
Now, the noontime crowing is followed only by the words, “This is a test of the university emergency broadcast system. This is only a test.”
There’s a mosque across the street. It’s approaching noon on Friday & the robed figures are starting to gather. A few days ago in the nearby Food Lion I watched USC coeds in bikinis & coverups being glared at by Muslimahs in hijabs.
Something is afoot......
I happened to be on campus a few months before 9/11 and had to pass through a gauntlet of them. They were angry. Shaking their fists and yelling at everyone. Very scary.
Terrorize does not always mean kill. False threats in combination with real events, with and without warning all can combine for effective phys ops.
