I agree with your statements above, except I think this was planned before the Democratic convention and Obama heard that it was likely to happen. When he was forced to put Jerusalem back in, the Muslim brotherhood decided to go after Obama too.
The movie was to be the excuse before the Democratic convention, but now Obama is included in their hatred towards America. I don't think things are going Obama’s way.
Yes, and of course Iran was pulling at them as well so there was that influence. The video being responsible for this has all but been debunked. The only part the video has in any of this is that it may have been a recruitment tool used by the organizers to increase the number of protesters. They did the same during the “Arab Spring” - back then they used “freedom” as the recruitment tool. Basically they went from a secular dictatorship to an Islamist dictatorship.
