Topeka The State Objections Board made up of Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Secretary of State Kris Kobach, all Republicans has decided it will need an additional meeting to determine if President Barack Obama is eligible to run for president in Kansas.
On Thursday, the board considered a ballot challenge to Obama's eligibility from Joe Montgomery of Manhattan, who claims the president is not a U.S. citizen because Obama's father wasn't. Montgomery has also challenged Obama's birth certificate from Hawaii.
The Objections Board said it needed more information before deciding the matter. The board will meet again Monday.
I’m not a gambler, but I would be willing to bet the outcome will be in Obass’s favor.
Well, at least its something. Hopefully inspiration for others.
Even MS-DNC viewers are about to hear about Minor vs. Happersett.
....claims the president is not a U.S. citizen because Obama's father wasn't....

Could be boolshiite. In fact, the state authorities would be fully within their rights to take him off the ballot until their doubts are answered.
Zero doesnt have a chance at winning Kansas anyway, so it doesn’t matter much. No other states have to follow Kansas’ example or allow their decision to stand as precedent in any future cases elsewhere.
Yea Kansas!
MSM still persuing a Saul Alinsky tactic. Obama is more than likely a citizen, however the quailty of that citizenship fails the “Natural Born Citizen” requirement to hold the office of POTUS as per Article II of the Constitution.

I am aware of filings in Indiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.
The more the better.
I’ve seen this movie several times before. Pigs will fly before he is removed from a single state ballot.
That fix is still ironclad.
Could be the writer is unfamiliar with all the ground he needs to cover to report this issue.
Newbies on BC threads, I promise you, are liable to be overwhelmed by the whirlwind of Supreme Court opinions, expert documentarian opinions, press releases from the Regime, and naturalization and renaturalization issues that are present in a typical eligibility-themed thread.
Yeah, but are they vegan?
He doesn’t need Kansas to win.
Opening line: “Hey nice hat. You look like you work out.”
Go on, Kansas. Just do it. Wouldn’t it be fun?
I’ve checked 5 states so far. none have any proof on record for any candidates that prove they are eligible for office
keep in mind, you must be a citizen to hold any elected federal office
demand they get proof.
demand such things as birth certificates be OFFICIALLY submitted
anyone that attests to someone being eligible for office, yet never saw any proof, is participating in/ committing election fraud
