Manhattan man to challenge Obama's appearance on the November ballot

A Manhattan man was scheduled to argue before state officials Thursday afternoon that President Obama's name should not be allowed on the November general election ballot.

The appeal by Joe Montgomery was to be heard by The Kansas Board of Objections, a three-person body that resolves ballot-eligibility issues. The board is comprised of Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, Secretary of State Kris Kobach and Atty. Gen. Derek Schmidt. All three are Republicans.

In material filed with the Secretary of State's office, Montgomery argues that Obama's name should be stricken from the ballot because he does not meet the constitutional requirement that candidates have been "born in this country to parents who are both U.S. citizens, primarily to a U.S. citizen father."

What is Kansas going to do? Those Hawaiian OBots are not going to give a true and correct certified copy of Obama's records with all his late, altered, non-hospital, or BS hospital birth amendments. On the pure natural born citizenship issue, we know Obama is not, and I doubt the Kansas board has the spine to keep Obama off the ballot for inheriting a Kenyan citizenship at birth from his foreign citizen father.

It would be wonderful surprise if they did keep Obama off the presidential ballot as Hawaii or Obama is not going to send them the amended information BS birth certificate. Lets hope they got the balls.

Both the AG and SOS have received a letter via certified mail from Larry Klayman, a follow-up letter signed by Tom Ballantyne, Terry Lakin, Charles Kerchner, Lawrence Sellen, and Gary Wilmott, and a personal letter from me giving a summary of the legal evidence we currently have.

State Objections Board says it needs more information to determine if Obama is eligible to be on Kansas ballot

Topeka — The State Objections Board — made up of Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Secretary of State Kris Kobach, all Republicans — has decided it will need an additional meeting to determine if President Barack Obama is eligible to run for president in Kansas.

On Thursday, the board considered a ballot challenge to Obama’s eligibility from Joe Montgomery of Manhattan, who claims the president is not a U.S. citizen because Obama’s father wasn’t. Montgomery has also challenged Obama’s birth certificate from Hawaii.

The Objections Board said it needed more information before deciding the matter. The board will meet again Monday.

The kicker of it is that HRS 338-17.7 allows a new BC to be created if “law enforcement” (Eric Holder) says it is necessary for his safety. Now we know why there was the sudden big push to paint “birthers” as violent extremists - right when Abercrombie was realizing (and saying to his friend, Mike Evans) that there was no legally-valid BC for Obama but just something “actually written down, in the archives...” - and right before Neal Palafox was forced to resign as HDOH diretor and replaced by Fuddy who immediately said they would never allow anybody to see original BC’s or copies of original BC’s (and all of a sudden, once they didn’t have to worry about the originals ever being seen, we started seeing anomalous BC#’s on computerized COLB’s as well - for Stig Waidelich and Virginia Sunahara, and a badly-done forged BC# for Johanna Ah Nee)...

As of late January 2011 when Abercrombie spoke to Mike Evans, there was not a BC for Obama. Now Onaka has verified that the BC# on their file for Obama is the number on the WH BC - which could not have been on that document in 1961. So sometime between late January and April of 2011 the HDOH gave Obama a different BC# than what he was originally given. The legally-allowable reason to do that is if law enforcement has said it is necessary for “safety” - and in that case the fake BC that is created for “safety’s sake” will say whatever law enforcement (Eric Holder) says it needs to say.

So the HDOH has a fake document for Obama, for them to give to Obama so he can stay safe in hiding with a fake identity. The HDOH created that fake document for Obama; they had access to all those other BC’s to get the bits and pieces that they C&P’ed together, just like Eric Holder told them to do. But it doesn’t replace the real record in their files. When Onaka was asked to verify the real facts he couldn’t do it, because the HDOH still has to acknowledge the real BC, and the real BC isn’t legally valid either.

If Verna Lee told us the way they really numbered those BC’s in 1961 then Obama was almost certainly given Stig Waidelich’s BC#, Stig Waidelich was given the BC# for either Ray Piiohla Jr or Keith Min Thayoshi (if Thayoshi died as an infant), who was then given Virginia Sunahara’s BC#. Sunahara was given the real BC# for Johanna Ah Nee, and Ah Nee was given the BC# for an infant born in outlying Oahu in mid-July and died shortly thereafter.

So anyway, coming back to what Kansas is going to do. Hopefully they are going to request ALL the BC’s the HDOH has for Barack Hussein Obama II and not be satisfied until they are either shown both records or are allowed to audit the microfilms and computer transaction logs. Actually, hopefully both.

But you’re right; it would definitely take some stones. I’m praying for those guys’ stones.

If the board needs more info I suggest they review a late development out of England where a voice-photo recording of Obama with Michelle gives Obama saying he was glad to be back in his homeland. The board can properly ask that Obama respond to this and any previous charges of ineligibility. I would hope the complainant in Kansas gets Orly Taitz and others to bring their info to the hearing. Sometime, somewhere there is going to be a floodgate of publicity opened that even Obama and all his enablers cannot dam up.

Also I’m confused by the tables you use. Table 2-1 shows total births occurring in Hawaii as 17578. The table you use are based on residence not place of occurrence.

Table 2-2 is births by month by place of occurrence.

Residence is determined by the county of residence of the mother. But not all Hawaii residents had their babies in the county of their residence or even in Hawaii. Table 2-1 shows that for births that occurred in Hawaii, 70 were for non-resident (intracounty and interstate) and that 58 women with Hawaii residence gave birth outside of Hawaii. So the math looks like this:

Hawaii resident births = 17,508
Intracounty births = 50
Interstate births = 20
Total births in Hawaii = 17578

To get the total number of births to residents of Hawaii, take the number of births to non-Hawaii residents (20) and subtract that from the total (17578-20=17558) and add the total number of births to residents of Hawaii that occurred in other states (17558+58=17616).

In numbering the BCs, do they start each year at 1 and number them sequentially? If so the first child born in 1961 would have the number 151 61 00001 and the last child would be 151 61 17578.

If that is the case than the first child born in August would be 151 61 09943 (adding up the monthly totals January thru July) and the last child in August would be 151 61 11402.

Does that seem right to you?

The Kansas Objections Board wanted to deny this challenge, but couldn’t find a legal reason to do so. They suggested that the objection was reading “too much” into Minor v. Happersett which they were told makes a clear material distinction between natural-born citizen and 14th amendment citizenship by birth. The objector pointed out that Obama’s cousnel cited only one Supreme Court case, Wong Kim Ark, but that their citation only applied to 14th amendment citizenship and the term “citizen of the United States,” not Article II eligibility. He also pointed out that Obama’s counsel ignored that the same decision said the 14th amendment does not say who shall be natural-born citizens, but that it cites Minor for the definition of all children born to parents who were its citizens.

The SOS is hinting still that he wants to sweep this under the rug and that he would use a nonlegally supported definition of NBC to do so. It’s very important to try to hold these people accountable and insist that they follow Supreme Court precedent, especially when Luria v. United States in 1913 points to Minor and not Wong Kim Ark to specifically define presidential eligibility.

I have no way of knowing if they started with #1, which is why I calculated a starting point for August based on the Nordyke BC#’s. 10,539.

9943 for a starting point is 596 off from that. That’s 27 August days’ worth of Honolulu births.

I would bet that these KS Republicans will indeed yield to Obama, but Obama is not contesting KS, is he? Wonder what ol’ Alf Landon would say about this? Wasn’t he their “straight talker”?

Studies have been done where animals try to go out a door but the door is blocked. Eventually they won’t try going out the door even if it is left wide open. They figure there’s no use even trying.

That’s why our enemies do psy-ops on us; that’s what demoralization is. That’s how the obfuscation, sandbagging, gaslighting, lies all over the place.... all works. It doesn’t change the truth; it only makes us accept the “truth” that there’s nothing we can do about it.

Maybe these guys will fold. Maybe they will all fold. If they do, then we really and truly have no more rule of law in this country, and when that happens all bets are off. We’ve got nothing more left to lose, and that’s when things get downright dangerous. These critters need to understand that. If they abandon the rule of law, they’re asking for what America will inevitably get.

My philosophy is that they will make their choices, but I’ll do everything in my power to make them think very seriously about it first.

I’ll be sandbagged in that effort. Right on schedule, my computer’s anti-virus program is being turned off by somebody remotely. That’s usually a prelude to some kind of attack so I have to make sure all my files are safe and stored in a different location. It’s becoming a standard routine that happens every time I post something damaging on my blog or here. It’s predictable; it doesn’t work to demoralize me. Doesn’t even really slow me down any more, not like it used to.

This is exactly what I think. There is simply too much social pressure for people to "comply" with the common misunderstanding of "natural born citizen." It requires a serious backbone to stand up in the face of massive numbers of people who think otherwise.
