Or send a drone.
Terrorists, like the ones who are perpetrating these latest events should be hunted down and killed. Those who harbor them should be similarly dispatched. Governments who support them in any way should be destroyed. It might be time to drastically rearrange portions of the middle east in a way that is more advantageous to the west.
Historically, the US has not been shy about restricting state religions. Note the following exerpt:
Shinto Directive

After the Second World War during the Occupation of Japan by the United States Military it was generally understood by allied students of Japanese culture and religion that Shinto in the form it took leading up to and during the war was social propaganda and was being used as a tool of ultra-nationalism and a disguise for militarism. Thus, it was US policy regarding post-surrender Japan to abolish State Shinto (Kokka Shinto). The directive, SCAPIN 448, was drafted by the US Militarys expert on Japanese culture and religion, Lieut. William K. Bunce, U.S.N.R.[1] and was issued on December 15, 1945 with the full title of “ABOLITION OF GOVERNMENTAL SPONSORSHIP, SUPPORT, PERPETUATION, CONTROL AND DISSEMINATION OF STATE SHINTO (KOKKA SHINTO, JINJA SHINTO)”
The directive was based in part on the United States Constitutions guarantee of freedom of religion. According to the directive, State Shinto was to be stripped of public support and of its “ultra-nationalistic and militaristic” trappings. The remnants were to be permitted to exist as part of sectarian Shinto, an unprivileged equal among other faiths, supported only by voluntary offerings.
No public funds could be used to support Shinto shrines or priests. The Emperor could no longer report on public matters to his ancestors in official visits to the shrines. But he and other officials could worship as private individuals. Shinto doctrine would be deleted from text books. “Militaristic and ultranationalistic ideology” could not be promoted or encouraged in connection with Shinto or any other creed. These doctrines were specifically banned: that the Emperor is superior to other rulers because he descends from the sun; that the Japanese people are superior to other peoples, or the Japanese islands superior to other lands, because Amaterasu so willed.
Thus, the directive was more than formal separation of Church and State. It was an attempt by U.S. officials to draw the line between genuine religious doctrine and harmful social propaganda. [2]
>Where are the Republicans demanding his immediate resignation?<
.
You must be kidding! Their indicisiveness, cowardice and lethargy are part of the problem.
Most unusual spelling of principled I have seen.
So says a highly political General.
LLS
It’s pretty clear this military is intimidated by Muslims. What a bummer when your own generals are afraid of the enemy..
He should be busted down to private and given a few years on bread and water with forfeiture of all pay, rank and retirement.
Let him out on parole once he can recite the entire US Constitution from memory, word for word, coma for coma.
This is what you get when you queer the military....
An active duty military officer, in particular one of that rank has no business calling any private citizen with regard to their beliefs.
He’s a political general and I seriously doubt that this was done on his own initiative.
He is the CJC and every public action or interaction with citizens he takes part in is official.
If I received a call from the highest ranking military man in America regarding my faith, or my politics, then I would ask him if he was going to have me killed, what else could such a call imply?
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff does not call a private citizen to express displeasure with his religious or political views, OR ANY OTHER SUCH BUSINESS.
This should be a major story of the decade, heads should roll, the media should be hysterical and seeking blood.
Great.....a lie on top of stupid behavior. This administration is in full panic mode. What a bunch of rookies. This is what happens when you elect the third-string junior high football team (Obama) into the NFL.
General, you guys are fighting to protect free speech not oppose it.
The march towards Fascism continues unabated.
This is the MOST distressing part - that a man of this age, with this position, with years of experience, with inside intelligence information - would fall for such a STUPID ruse.....Does he have a calendar - does he KNOW what 9/11 MEANS????
Just imagine if we could turn back time to 9/11/01 and ask Americans if the events of 9/11/12 took place would you think it was because of a two-bit video on YouTube or the anniversary of 9/11/01?????
They are not my generals. They serve the Usurper.
Just who does this THUG think he is ?
It’s not stupidity. He knows why they’re “protesting”.
It’s called “Being on the wrong side”. A continuum from coward to enabler to assistant to traitor.
They are not my generals. They serve the Usurper.
good point
Regarding the freak in the WH: (and the taint spreads out to all his spokeholes such as Dempsey)
Hussein is a Muslim plant.
He makes full use of taqiya, the license to lie.
The Arab Spring is an islamization.
He protects Iran.
He is a grave danger to Israel and America.
It is a fatal mistake to deem his evil merely incompetence.
Big hat tip to Phil Dragoo.
