no Marines guarding the U. S. consulate

This had to be a decision by someone, somewhere, that will never be held accountable. When I was stationed in Munich, 40 years ago, there were Marines stationed at the Consulate.

sending an elite team of about 50 additional Marines, called a Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team, to reinforce the embassy.

..... my son spent 6 months on thw antiterroism Marines when they opened up Kabul in Afghanistan. They better bring a lot more support or we’re looking like Lwbanon.
