I’ve always heard of Peanut Butter and Jelly (never have liked it), but never “Peanut Butter and Jam”. Am I just missing something?

I've never understood the difference between jelly and jam with one exception--napalm is a form of jelly, and I've never heard it referred to as jam.

Napalm is indeed in jelly form, and is used to get yourself out of a jam. “Roger that, they’re in the treeline 200 meters west of the cherry smoke - light them up, please, sir!”
