Very plausible.

My TFH (tinfoil hat) take on it is that this is somehow related to his election plans. Martial law. Suspension of elections. Or possibly an attempt to make him look powerful and decisive.

If any of the above are true, I think he will find himself the victim of the law of unintended consequences.

He is coming off as weak and feckless. Even many who voted for him in 2008 are disgusted. If he does something drastic - declares martial law or suspends elections - he will find out that Americans are not sheep. There will be pitchforks at the door of the WH.

Remember also that some of Obama's buddies like Bill Ayers, Dorn, Code Pink, George Sorros was involved in the FREE GAZA MOVEMENT that lead a attack on Israeli navy ships.

However ? their coordinated pre-planned plans went array and backed fired on them, now they are running scared making excuses putting the blame somewhere else.

Notice also ? this all happens a few days before the Fed takes action on the economy and Q3 ?
