CNN: Protests against film a ‘diversion. Attack was planned’
Daily Caller ^ | 9/12/2012

CNN’s Hala Gorani reported via Twitter that the network now believes that the Islamists who attacked the Libyan consulate used the existence of an anti-Muhammad film as a “diversion”:

US sources tell CNN say attackers who targeted consulate used protests against film as a diversion. Say attack was planned. #Libya

They see America a weak, incapable shadow of it’s former power and influence.

All the more reason to remove a weak and incapable president.

...it seems that CNN has lately began reporting the news accurately on some daily events even when it appears to be hurtful to the 0bama admin.

I have a friend who is convinced that many on the left were fooled by Obama in the beginning and are now fearful of the damage he has been doing to the country. These include many in his administration, top Democrats, and even some in the mainstream media. He believes they are working covertly to stop Obama's reelection, although to save their own jobs they would never admit it openly. So, we believe we will see more negative statements about Obama or articles done in a way that puts Romney in a positive light more than negative. (I have seen a number of these lately but cannot remember exactly where right now - I can look it up if you like.)

I’ve had it with American apologies for Islamic violence. The people who commit the acts of violence are responsible for it.

Sorry CNN News, but that doesn't make up for all your lies, and personal verbal assault on Sarah Palin's children!

I am going to put this on my protest signs and on sides of my truck!

The press is the enemy of our Republic. And I read somewhere that nearly all the press people pay NO income taxes, or they are cheating on their income taxes. PRESS PEOPLE ===PAY YOUR TAXES ! You will be turned in!

>>I was just arguing with a guy saying that Obama could have quelled the Muslim anger with his apologies if Romney hadn’t attacked him.

That sounds like a great plan!

0bama should get rid of the Secret Service and just issue apologies before he goes anywhere. We could cut the deficit with the savings from firing all those unnecessary agents. Of course that wouldn’t help the unemployment numbers.

While I sympathize with your emotions, and think you have the best of intents, what you laid out would be impractical, and impossible.

Obama is President. Do you think he will nuke Mecca ?

Do you think the MSM will PUBLICIZE the "we'll call it even" request ?

Do you think that if the US launches a nuclear weapon, that the other DOZENS of countries who also have nuclear weapons will just sit still, and not 'join the party'?

For hundreds of years Roman citizens could safely travel anywhere in the world, because the people knew that if they attacked a Roman citizen their own country would be destroyed.

You can't even walk around YOUR OWN COUNTRY without being attacked, and if you fight back, you will probably end up in jail.

The only way to deal with problems in Modern Civilization is through CONTROL OF MONEY.

Don't send the terrorists money, there will be less problems.

It wasn’t Hillary that ordered those men to attack the Consulate.

No, it wasn't. Now WHO is in charge of all foreign embassies, and WHO should have ordered more SECURITY at 'certain' embassies based on (at a minimum) that TUESDAY was the anniversary of 9/11 ?

Who skipped the DNC Convention to travel to RUSSIA, SYRIA, EGYPT, etc?

It wasn’t Obama out there dragging our Ambassador through the streets.

Of course not. He wouldn't have the strength after all that campaigning and golf.

It is because these people are sociopaths.

What I have learned from dealing with sociopaths:

1. “Can’t we all just get along” might work with a normal person when you have differences of opinion. It does not work with a sociopath because he is not a normal person.

2. They do not respond to reason or rational arguments.

3. They cannot see any point of view except their own. They are utterly lacking in empathy or the ability to put themselves in another person’s position. (If they do to any extent, it is only for the sake of exploiting that person, not for the purpose of understanding.)

4. They have no conscience. This is VERY hard for a normal person to understand or accept. This is one reason there are so many bleeding hearts who keep trying to “understand” why a sociopath does what he does. They will never understand because they have a conscience and they have empathy which the sociopath lacks.

5. Sociopaths lie. You can not count on anything they say to be true. Ever. It’s possible they might tell the truth once in a while if it serves their purpose. But you can never count on it. And they often lie for no reason at all, just out of habit.

6. You can not act in a reasonable manner when you are dealing with a sociopath. You can not make concessions. You can not make agreements. You can not make treaties. You can not enter into contracts. They will violate them all.

7. The ONLY THING a sociopath understands is force. This is why it is so frustrating for a normal person to deal with one. You practically have to become a sociopath yourself when dealing with one. If you are reasonable, you will be seen as a doormat, a pushover, and you will be further abused. A sociopath only understands power. You must use power and force to keep him in line. This is true whether it is an individual or a nation.

The left like to accuse us of being warmongers when we deal with sociopathic nations and societies by force. None of us is in favor of war or drastic measures. But if we can’t contain them, (and in this day and age of easy travel and open borders, I believe they are not containable), force (shock and awe) and/or the threat of certain and swift retaliation, is our only choice if we want to protect ourselves from them. If they think we are pansies who are going to try to “understand” them or give them “another chance” we are certain to be attacked again.

Very wise of you. I'd refine that a bit and say that a sociopath WINS when they can make you come apart. It's applying the level of force necessary -- whatever level it takes -- to get them to cease their destructive behavior that needs to be done. A sane person, or a leader, must have that willingness.

IMHO, there are some other more significant leadership issues involved.

Tactics such as flash mobs, mob psychology, and Muslim public outrage, if not controlled, can easily spread like a contagion throughout the globe.

When our current political leadership has been fomenting these tactics themselves over the past 4-20 years under the direction of Hillary and now Obama, they foolishly believe younger generations aren’t watching and observing their mendacious behavior. Now it appears to be feasible for others to play them at the same game, but the liberals have become so corrupt, that even if they want to hold those accountable in check, they haven’t built the intel and infrastructure required to control the beast.

Nothing says those same tactics they foment, can’t be used by others against them. I’m not speaking of those who the liberals perceive as their adversaries, the conservatives, as being those who would use them against them. I’m speaking of those who are of a more dynamic politic than the liberals themselves, from whom the liberals have no defense. It’s more of a ‘Darkness at Noon’ scenario, where the same tactics the progressives seek to use, are used by future groups, only those gaining power today are now the victims of their own power politics.

"And we apologized"

It's crazy. And -Isn't an attack on an embassy/ murdering our ambassador= an act of war?

As for the so called "apology" about "hurting muslim religious feelings"-
Who the hell wrote that?-a freakin kindergarten teacher?

Here's our policy:

Libya and Egypt
-You better stop with your behavior or you'll be on time out.
We mean it -you'll be on time out
-now , stop that....

The world has gone completely insane-God help us.
