As horrible news broke this morning about the death of Christopher Stevens, U.S. ambassador to Libya, at least four graphic photos purportedly showing his death during the savage embassy attack began circulating. The man in the photos appears to be the ambassador, but some reports indicate Stevens died in the hospital.

The hair part is unusual, the facial features very similar and in pic 1 there is no obvious serious injuries, his eyes are open, no blood anywhere except a scrape on his left temple.
Looks to me that he was "rescued" before he was killed. See pic at #26 for "post-rescue" condition. Thanks Jimbo.
“The Americans were targeted in an attack in their car, trying to move to a safer venue away from the violent protests that erupted at the U.S. Consulate, Reuters reported. Stevens died of suffocation, while the three other personnel were killed by gunshot wounds, CBS News reports.”
They were just carrying him to the hospital. Obama just said so.
Doesn’t make any sense why they would setup a planned ambush for the Marines, attack the building the ambassador was in but them pluck him out and try to get him help.
The nuts move first.
While us rational decent folk sit around trying to noodle out what can be done according to proper diplomatic channels and moral codes, the crazies make plans to get on with the fight already. The former need to realize they’re gonna get dragged into it sooner than they’d ever like.
“Stevens, 52, was the first U.S. ambassador to be killed in the line of duty since 1979. A Libyan doctor who says he treated Stevens told the Associated Press Wednesday that the diplomat died of severe asphyxiation and that he tried for 90 minutes to revive him.
Ziad Abu Zeid said Stevens was brought to the Benghazi Medical Center by Libyans Tuesday night with no other Americans, and that initially no one realized he was the ambassador. Abu Zeid said Stevens had “severe asphyxia,” apparently from smoke inhalation, causing stomach bleeding, but had no other injuries.”
attributed to L. Trotsky.
Friend, why would you say that? Why would they "play" with the body if he were dead?
So, again, my point is, this is a highly volatile area. The attack was coordinated. Further, the Marines were clearly heavily outnumbered. So, basically, someone sent a couple of lightly armed Marines out Mogadishu style. Is that about right?
Portrait photo vs corpse photo
Clean hair, new haircut vs dirty hair, needs haircut
Older (younger) photo vs current photo
If you can’t tell that this is the same man.... U R BLIND
Also, tell me there was no chatter about all this days before hand. Even worse, this enemy crowd was escalating throughout the day. Why were no serious preparations taken?
They contracted security to Libyan nationals who melted into the scenery, right?
he doesn’t appear to have holes in his body from an RPG explosion or schrapnel.. For a guy that was in a car that took a hit from an RPG and an assault using AK47s, he looks pretty “whole”. I wonder if the official story will change..
Maybe the President's chair was empty during the intelligence briefings during the past week.
Umm ... the first photo suggests the guy was alive and “rescued” - see post #26 for what appears to be a later “post-rescue” photo - if not dead he was certainly in worse shape.
The press photo was just to confirm that he appeared to be the same man, the ambassador, alive, “post-rescue” (Photo 1). I may be mistaken but I cannot make it clearer than that.
I agree.
I don't really see them "playing" with the body..just carrying it.
Playing with the body IMO would be dragging him literally by his legs through the streets or kicking the body.

Democrats think the only religion worth respecting is Muslim. That's gonna bite them in the behind...
