Yeah, this fight is far from over. We’ll be battling to keep the next president in line, regardless who wins.

One of the candidates, however, might bend a bit under strong and unrelenting pressure — the other, as we are constantly reminded, doesn’t care one wit for America or Americans and will never even entertain opposing points of view.

If Romney were going to “bend under strong and relenting pressure” he would have demonstrated an inkling to do so at the convention. He did not. The wishful notion that he will make a better - or less destructive - president than O is not based in reality. He will be worse, far worse because he will not be removable from office.
As a pretender O does not hold the office constitutionally. He is not even impeachable because he is not, in fact, a lawful president. O is a criminal ineligible for the office he holds. That he is in office is absolute and unarguable proof that our government and the majority of its elected representatives, including Republicans, are corrupt to the marrow.
With O we go down with a fight. With R we go down with a whimper. Let us not go silently into that dark night.
