Why is it up to the FedGov to decide what kids eat?

We need to dump the Dept of Education now.

Today the schools, tomorrow parents’ refrigerators.

If they can summarily dispense with the 9th and 10th Amendments, the 4th (already on the ropes) is a breeze.
