Police: Woman pulls gun on congressman in church parking lot

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Authorities in Spartanburg arrested a woman Sunday who is accused of pointing a gun at a U.S. congressman

Police said they arrested the woman after she approached U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy while he was sitting in his vehicle in a church parking lot.

According to the arrest warrant, 52-year-old Gloria Brackett pointed a gun at Gowdy because she felt he was following her.

The report states Gowdy repeatedly told her he was not following her. It goes on to say Gowdy told the woman he was parked outside the First Baptist Church in Spartanburg waiting for his daughter to come out from a church service.

Rep. Trey Gowdy is an up & coming young conservative Republican. Often seen on FoxNews.

For that reason one of Holder’s people didn’t like him & came dangerously close to acting on that dislike.

Did you see that you senior senator just made an endorsement in a California congressional race...a Dem v. Dem member v. member contest ( because of Cal's new primary rules)..like why is he even getting involved in this.

(A) If she was there first, time for him to move down a few slots and let her enter of leave church without interference.
(B) But if he was there first, time for her to put her gun away, move her car to some distance before getting out, and call into the church for assistance.

Guns are OK. Interfering with someone's deportment is not, if it is not provably threatening. (IMHO, a licensed CDW carrier )
