today they round everything to the nearest penny. They got rid of the half penny.
I wonder if a vendor such as McDonalds stopped taking pennies whether there be an uproar. $1.06 becomes $1.05.
Once a McDonalds guy gave me a nickel when he owned me 4 cents and asked if I had a penny, I didn’t and he let it go.
