Morning AB, All.
Been up since 7 am here on the east coast deep in the swamps of Delaware.
Cold front came in last night and outside is nice.
Liberal mother-in-law visiting next week from Massachusetts. Wish me luck. More on that later.
I’ve started a slow cooker of chili, fried up some perogis, emptied the cat litter pans, emptied the dishwasher, refilled the dishwasher, fed the cat who was on his last legs as he pulled himself along by his paws awaiting sustenance that he may live another day.
Really enjoyed the Democratic conventions last week. Church had an antique car show yesterday. I worked the crowd, talked politics, made a pineapple upside down cake for the bake sale and guess what I saw?
A CORVAIR!!!
Heh.
I had one of them when I was 19 years old, my very first car. I put psychadelic pink flower power stickers all over it. Its engine was in the rear, y’all might know, and it killed people sometimes.
Anyway, thanks AB for doing this thread every week.
Below my post on the Delaware board about the Democratic convention is anyone should be interested.

I put this up on the Blogger board here on FR. But below the link to my review of “Obama’s America”, which I saw last week, all by myself.

Those murdering Corvairs...almost as bad as the SUVs, which are destroying the planet.
The Corvair was GM's answer to the Beetle.
A CORVAIR!!! Mine before it was totalled. :(
