UPDATE: Just found out that the asking price of the house they are looking at is most likely $35 million. Bobby Titcomb, the Hawaiian native who brings Obama “fish and poi” (that’s code for “weed and coke”) to the White House is most likely involved in the purchase of the estate on Oahu that the Obamas will most likely be moving into in January. Possibly watching Titcomb’s movements will give more clues as to which house, exactly, Obama will move to in January 2013.

The property will be owned outright by a trust. There will be no mortgage. The mortgage is the least of it. There will be high utility bills, expensive maintenance and the salaries and benefits of the extensive staff.
Likely, the zer0s will be steered to many profitable investments over the next few years. Each will *write* a memoir for a hefty advance. Probably there will be a movie, at least, there will be an option for one. Licensing of the “O” brand, perhaps. Then there are Board of Director appointments, all of which carry satisfying stipends. Many people would pay handsomely for the right to put the famous ex-President’s name (and that of the former First Lady) on the letterhead as a consultant. She would have no trouble getting a position of note in the fashion world, as an editor of an international rag mag, perhaps. They will be worth 100s of millions in a short time and will soon be able to live on the income of their income.
Makes me wonder how Kenyans would take the snub considering Kenya closed down all records/reports about Obama’s birth as some form of favor. I also wonder if Obama would be able to send relief aid to Kenya by way of two cargo ships without the ships being hijacked.

Like most pols I’m sure he’ll be missing the adulation, and the speaking circuit is the best place for him to get his fill of narcissistic supply.
Who are these potential donors? Are they business or corporate people who are voluntarity or involuntarily buying access to a sitting president for their companies, for contracts, for influence, for access, whatever?
If he's re-elected, are they buying future influence? Are any of them being unduly pressured to contribute, especially if they hold present contracts with the government?
Obama is not a "retiring" president at the moment. He is in office. He is also a political candidate for re-election. Is money coming into Penny Trickster's stash for the Obama's as we speak....or is it being pledged with payment due after the election?
Are these funds to be considered political contributions or are they deemed to be "gifts"? If "political contributions", Obama can't use them to buy a house. Which brings up the question.....WHO is it to say officially the dollars are campaign donations or gifts?
There's a whole slew of questions involved here. Who's answering them? I don't see anything in the MSM about this can of eels.
This whole thing stinks to high heaven, legally, morally, ethically, criminally.....and all the above questions should be brought up in front of the public NOW!

Initially, it seems simple enough -- a speech a month, for an exorbitant fee, in front of an adulatory audience.
Certainly, it works for Bill Clinton. But schmoozing and speechifying comes natural to Clinton.
Schmoozing and anything resembling "work" does NOT "come easy" to Obama.
Generating a Clintonian income isn't going to be a snap for The One.

Of course he’ll have staff, but every trip out to read a speech someone else prepared for him will give him huge ego gratification—and after four years as president, his ego is used to a lot of stroking.
Also, it will probably make it easier for him to get his homosexual interaction away from Shelly and the girls.
Oh, and if you think Shelly’s gonna let him hang around the house rather than bring home every last available speaking fee, I don’t think you know Shelly.
But, as you suggest, she does provide a compelling motivation to get out of the house...
