Great speeches of our time?

Ronald Reagan gave speechs like that, Obama
never came close.

All his speeches were empty drivel, meaning nothing
except the destruction of our way of life.

“All his speeches were empty drivel, meaning nothing
except the destruction of our way of life.”

Shakespeare said it best...”full of sound and fury signifying nothing”. Now if we can just get that damned spot out....

The difference is Reagan believed In what he was saying and you can feel it. When the asshat talks you know he doesn’t believe a word he is spewing, and that anything he says, he believes the opposite - unless of course he is off prompter. Just look at his you didn’t build that comment, he really does believe that and it shows in his demeanor and tone.

clintoon’s speeches were never approached the oratory of the Great One, Ronald Reagan.

Reagan moved people. Excited people. Gave Hope, Drive, and Ambition. Convinced people to be the best they could be.

all this other drivel is “step aside, we will do it for you, if it wasn’t for us, you would be nothing. go to bed, we will take care of it”.

clintoon was only an orator in the left wings eyes, as is obama.

i never got a tingle up my leg listening to him. must be a rat thing.

Blessings, bobo

And they are speeches delivered in the most annoying, clipped monotone any human being has ever possessed. I literally can not listen to Barack Obama speak. His annoying monotone drives me nuts!
