CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Democratic Senator John Kerry denounced Mitt Romney's approach to world affairs on Thursday and praised President Barack Obama's handling of national security, telling any doubters to "ask Osama Bin Laden if he's better off now than he was four years ago!" The decorated veteran and foreign policy expert also accused Romney of getting his information about Russia from "Rocky IV."
"Here's the choice in 2012: Mitt Romney--out of touch at home, out of his depth abroad, and out of the mainstream?" Kerry said in a red-meat speech on the final night of the Democratic National Convention.
"Or, Barack Obamaa President giving new life and truth to America's indispensable role in the world, a Commander in Chief who gives our troops the tools and training they need in war, the honor and help they've earned when they come home? A man who will never ask other men and women to fight a war without a plan to win the peace," he said.

If we fail reeducation camp will we be better off or like Osama?
It’s true: Like nearly everyone in America, OBL was better off under Bush.
And Mullah Omar’s still doin’ fine, you gigolo.
We could have asked that years ago if Clinton had done the deed at every opportunity that was presented to him.
“A man who will never ask other men and women to fight a war without a plan to win the peace,”
Really? Whats the plan to stop getting Afghan soldiers to kill US soldiers? Whats our plan to stop the taliban from taking over the day we leave there?
“out of touch at home, out of his depth abroad, and out of the mainstream?”
Sounds like Obama.
Them dang piss azzs keep taking credit for what the other side accomplished.
When did Bin Laden become an American and as a nation are we better since he was killed? Most people stopped caring the last time they had to fill up their tanks with gas!
Kerry is a filthy, lying coward. What the hell does he know about foreign affairs? All he has to show are a few scratches from a bush in Vietnam.
This is an argument the Dems will sorely regret starting. Yes, OBL is dead, but 23 million Americans are still out of work. Yes, OBL is dead but over 5 trillion in new debt has been thrown onto our children’s back. Yes, OBL is dead but gas prices are more than double from when Obama took office.
This can go on and on. Are Americans happy Osama is dead? Sure, but it hasn’t done anything for the economy, which is still first and foremost for Americans.
It isn’t like Obama ordered the final operation anyway. It was Hillary! and the SecDef who ordered the SEAL’s in, and Obama had to be dragged off the golf course so he could see the operation in progress. Also, we had two other opportunities to get OBL since 2009 that Obama did NOT take.
Sounds like the voice of a true warrior ... someone who wouldn’t ever think of accepting a purple heart for flesh wounds, someone who would never think of tossing his medals away. Gee, I love to hear from true warriors. True patriots. True BS artists.
Why would I give credence to anything his idiot has to say?
Angry rant over, for now.
Now now.
Not many half-black guys get to brag about killing a housebound old man in front of his wives and children.
Bin Laden is dead thanks to Bush’s policies. Obama had to be prodded by Hillary to give the final go ahead and then he wrote a memo blaming Gen McRaven if it wasn’t a success.
Dems overplaying their hand bragging about UBL. Unseemly.
I stopped right there. This moonbat Olivier Knox at Yahoo is a real Kool-aide drinker.
I just might ask him myself, just tell me which location the Dem’s favorite son will be voting it and I may just have to show up to ask him myself!
I think that yes, Osama is better off now than he was four years ago. His kidney troubles are over. He no longer needs to hide, and now that he is dead, he can vote for Obama, lol
